Yikes. Yeah, that's usually a game breaker. Poor thing. Med collections will only get you so far.

Yeah, once the meds run out I bet the pharmacy wouldn't restock, because the factories would probably be gone.

There'd be no restocking, everything would be raided and gone in the panic, before they run out in the first place. Maybe if you can snag someone that can work with the ingredients before they've gotten too old...

I doubt it, unless I could contact my pharmacist and he had connections. Besides, all facetiousness aside, if Yellowstone really does blow, the ash cloud is gonna make life not worth living.

There are ways to purify and desalinize.

Most of which would really be more difficult to pull off with the panic and how unstable the area itself is. It's kind of like in times of war, even if it's unlikely, we have to be aware that, hello, naval base, right next door. We can get into deep crap 'round here, if things go bad.

Maybe you could stock up on the purification tablets ahead of time. Same for some kind of desalination equipment.
