Which wrist bone are we talking about? Is it the scaphoid, lunate, triquetrum, pisiform, trapezium, trapezoid, capitate or hamate?

Though I doubt it's the former four since those are a little more towards the hands than the latter four...

its one of the bones that connects the hand to the wrist.

Yeah, definitely either trapezium, trapezoid or capitate. If my memory serves right, it shouldn't be hamate then. I think.

If you mean your lower arm it is the Radius and Ulna but for the wrist it is robably the hammate it is the easiest one to break and make it stick out. *wields a tiny hammer* Or the Scaphiod if it is towards your thumb. Or the Lunate if it is away from it but still in the area of your wrist.

@Tiva: #6 would be trapezoid, not trapezium since trapezium's on the outside whereas trapezoid's on the inside.
