Pardon me if this has already been asked, but is the judging based on the design of the item, or the quality of the pixelling, or both?

ist based more on the design then the pixeling
as long as you fallow the tutorial we can always fix it later.

Im not partnering in anyway, im just willing to do the work and let the person call the pixels their own. I just want people to enter with their designs and not feel discourage that they will only gain a portion of the reward if they won or that they cant pixel.

Im very surprised that no one (other then kami) is willing to take up my offer. I'm basically offering a free one man sweatshop to anyone who asks.

I don't really know either. Maybe people want to try out the pixels themselves, or haven't seen your offer, or don't particularly feel like submitting into this particular competition.

Who knows.... I just want to see more entry's is all.

Well I was planning on trying to do some pixeling tonight, but maybe after I put in my entry we can work something out?

My entry for the contest, I might draw up another at some point, but this is all I have so far.

Aw, don't let that stop you from entering. No matter how great or not your pixeling skills are, if you have an idea, you should enter! Besides if the winning entry's pixeling isn't up to Trisphee's standard, then it'll simply be improved upon by our pixeling team before it's released to the public. :3

That and if you still feel that your not up to pixeling, I've been offering for days now that I'm willing to pixel for anyone who can't pixel. And it won't be a team membership, you can claim the pixels as your own. I just want to see more submissions, I can care less for the current prizes.

Yes, the themes depend on what you think the themes are. So when you hear the theme Music Magic you could think farting, or jazz, and maybe even a waterfall. And you based your items off of that.
