I've just had lunch.....not really much sugar until you take into account the sodas.....

Hmmm.....anything from Mountain Dew, to Dr. Pepper, to Coke, to Barq's Root Beer, etc., etc.

All with caffeine to spare. It gives me vertigo. It didn't used to. arg.

Well, most of them have caffeine free versions.....

I wish people in house were more receptive to them, but alas - they can still drink it.
My sister just started a gluten free diet, poor thing.

Oh wow....those diets are hard as all can get out, I don't envy her.
