I can some of them, I don't know why but cheese yogart and milk all taste so horrid that they make me want to vomit, but really well made ice-cream doesn't do anything bad to me.

have you tried soy milk?
my cousin can't drink regular milk because she is lactose intolerant too but soy milk is fine for some reason

theres also always lactaid milk

People buy dairy products without lactose because they can not digest the lactose in milk. It is not that uncommon a problem to have.
