I'm sorry I haven't been on much lately. I've found after staring at a computer screen at work for 8 hours, I tend to not want to look at mine. I really am not liking this job.

o_o I work for a company that does the outsourced call center jobs for various places. I am working credit and collections for an electric and gas company. People get pissy when you turn them off for not paying. -Grumbles.- Some only by $20. Others owe over a thousand.

Oh wow....ouch. That would definitely not be a fun job...at least in terms of the calls themselves.

Its not fun. I really quite resent the job. I know somebody has to do it, but honestly, I see a lot of people who cheat the system. Most of the SSI/SSD people feel so self fu*king entitled I want to slap them through the phone. Who the fu*k do they think they are! -Grumbles.- Damn brats get it all handed to them, I work for my money! Which is not really a whole lot after taxes.

That definitely can't be an easy job...don't envy you. And yeah, they do act entitled as hell....part of the problem with the system and how people abuse it.

Alpha- What's worse is we can't really snap back at them. We can disconnect if they cuss at us and we warn them. One told me to shove her bill up my ass. -_- One friend told me I should of responded with, "I can't, your husband is playing there." >_< I would of been fired, but boy that would have been hilarious.
