what are runes used for and how do you get them?

Runes are the premium currency here on Trisphee. You can use them for example to get the monthly items or seasonal set from Archaic Antiquities. They are obtainable by donating real world money to the site, or buying them from other users like Panda here who sometimes sell them for aurum.

I have almost 16k au and a few sets and set items from events from late 2017 to present. Am after the Beta Fish, Japan Set, Anka Set (technically don't need a few of the items, but since you prefer to sell as full set... XD), as well as about half of the items (mostly the top/expensive half) in the top post and around 70% of the donation items.

I'll have to double check my quest thread but I think the relief set is all I want left from here

Actually, not when I started, I post a lot to get all the rare items. I barely started donating 2-3 years ago, but only to get one of each monthly items, yearly, and seasonal items. XD I used to draw too, that helped me get a lot of pure to buy rare items. I had Rune supplier too, back then. ^^

Now it's hard because the site is a lot less active than before, so it's understandable~! I'm broke too, that's why I'm selling old items to get some pure haha.

Technically I have about 30k au, but I try to keep the money on Derpy's account separate for art buying purposes...
