Suzerain of Sheol 10-03-2011 10:16 PM

Blah, short post, sorry.

And I really to post less with Kas and more with Shealtiel. There just isn't much for him to really do right now. >_>

Espy 10-03-2011 10:37 PM

Gonna make a short post, too.

Quiet Man Cometh 10-03-2011 10:49 PM

Is Shealtiel still in the ATV?

Suzerain of Sheol 10-03-2011 10:51 PM

No, he came out with Kasdeja.

Salone 10-03-2011 10:55 PM

Teehee hee...hiii Espy.

Espy 10-03-2011 10:56 PM

...I gotta go eat dinner. Awkward post to have to think about XD

Quiet Man Cometh 10-03-2011 11:07 PM

You guys are doing a spectacular job of confusing Dara. She knows the big deformed thing is a "nephilim," there is one guy who is arguing about his name, some person around called Nas'la, and one guy who seemed friendly in a very creepy way and is now walking off with someone who just crawled out of some rocks. ;).

She's probably goingn to assume that Shealtiel is Nas'la. :p. Or Dante.

Salone 10-03-2011 11:17 PM

What does every cliche sitcom say? Our family puts the 'fun' in dysfunctional?

Quiet Man Cometh 10-03-2011 11:23 PM

Can't say I've heard that expression before, come to think of it.

Espy 10-03-2011 11:47 PM

Obscure reference to my signature. Even though I made Dante somewhat off the lyrics of that song, I swear I wasn't thinking about it when I designed the aura aspect of him.

Quiet Man Cometh 10-04-2011 12:00 AM

Note, but with Nephy in her face and strange people around Dara's reflexively making her aura as peeny as possible right now. Not sure how that would affect Dante though.

Espy 10-04-2011 12:02 AM

Whoops. Ah well, The pressure from Lev's and the brightness of Dara's (before), Shealtiel's, and Kas's is light having a flashlight shone in your face at 3 am.

Funkduder 10-04-2011 05:44 AM

*deadpans at the whole convo up t this point....*

Suzerain of Sheol 10-04-2011 07:32 AM

Espy, just a note: there aren't any governments as such, any more, or wars being foguth. I don't think Dante is old enough to remember the years before the Calamity, is he?

Espy 10-04-2011 09:41 AM

Nup, but he's heard stories. As for the dogtags, that's a remnant of his original design that I can't let go of for some reason.

Suzerain of Sheol 10-04-2011 06:40 PM

/has a paper to write tonight. >_<

May be a bit of delay...

Serra Britt 10-04-2011 08:08 PM

I'm sorry, I've been completely unmotivated on all fronts. I'm glad Feenai isn't important at this point in time :p

Espy 10-04-2011 08:50 PM

Espy was totally not drawing ecchi in Stats today...

>.>

Quiet Man Cometh 10-04-2011 09:15 PM

You can react to Dara's aura however you want to Espy with regards to Dante. Her ability is more for monsters that can sense it's presence or human presenses. If Dante senses things differently than it's your call. :)

Oh sure Funk, just leave her there with Nephy and creepy old guy! :p.

Salone 10-05-2011 12:22 AM

Jesus Christ Dark Souls is hard. It's like trying to stay with an abusive boyfriend. I've rage quit four times now and I haven't even beat the first actual boss. It is deffo harder than Demon's Souls.

Quiet Man Cometh 10-05-2011 12:24 AM

*Has no clue what Salone is talking about save that is must be a video game of some sort*

Salone 10-05-2011 12:28 AM

It is. The most difficult thing that has ever been created. I've met nuns that were easier than this game. It punishes you for impatience. And for messing up. And for existing or being a human being in general.

Espy 10-05-2011 12:44 AM

Apologies, Quiet. Staying in character with Dante, and he can be a bitch at times.

Quiet Man Cometh 10-05-2011 01:25 AM

Hm? Oh, no concern there Espy. No one in the group seems particularly friendly to outsiders and given the state of the world that seems about right. Dara isn't exactly handing out hugs either. She can't hear him anyway. Noted though. ;)

Suzerain of Sheol 10-05-2011 10:57 PM

Salone... was that a Mass Effect 2 reference in your last post by any chance? :p

Salone 10-05-2011 10:59 PM

Subconsciously, maybe. I've spent several dozens of hours in it. Are we talking about a certain doped up Volus, or did you have something else in mind?

Suzerain of Sheol 10-05-2011 11:41 PM

No, a certain demi-godlike machine sentience who likes to ASSUME DIRECT CONTROL.

:p

Salone 10-05-2011 11:44 PM

Ahh, YES! That was a distant thought after you mentioned it. I have a story to share about the "I Know You Feel This" quote, but it's adult rated. Just know that it was totally worth it.

Espy 10-05-2011 11:58 PM

What Dante did in the last post, I very nearly did a few days ago, when trying to overcome my fear of lighters >.>

Funkduder 10-08-2011 01:42 PM

Lols, espy. But anyhow, new post = wormwood poisoning.

Espy 10-08-2011 05:58 PM

Oh, hope you guys won't mind some cussing.

Salone 10-09-2011 02:29 AM

Ha. Reminds me of work. "It's okay if Timmy sees people ripped apart and rib cages sprung open and curb stomped. I just don't want him to hear any cussing!"

Funkduder 10-10-2011 02:02 AM

Just so you know, I don't really care whether Michael as a character dies or not, so how badly would you suppose the poisoning is, sheol?

Quiet Man Cometh 10-10-2011 04:50 AM

Bear in mind that with Dara around he's not about to die but will be under the weather, so to speak, for some time.

That is, of course, if he survives however long it takes for her to get there.

Suzerain of Sheol 10-10-2011 05:27 PM

Unless you can dig up something I said to contradict this back when we last discussed this, I believe the idea was that wormwood isn't poisonous in the normal sense so much as that it makes you thirstier instead of quenching your thirst, leading the severe dehydration eventually (and rather quickly). Beyond that, it's effects wouldn't be immediately harmful.

Funkduder 10-10-2011 05:34 PM

Oh right, I forgot about this convo. Maybe it's like poison chemistry. Wormwood + aura clash = puke or something.

Or perhaps the puking is a result of the dehydration and possibly heat stroke. I'm not a doctor... ;_;

Espy 10-10-2011 05:57 PM

I'd go for heat stroke. Heat stroke vomiting is just plain horrible.

Espy 10-10-2011 05:58 PM

Haha...listening to LoaRH juxtaposed to reading Eschaton...it's jarring.

Funkduder 10-11-2011 01:41 AM

That's hilarious. And just to keep others in the light of things.

Quiet Man Cometh 10-11-2011 02:19 AM

Your character should also have a nice headache behind his eyeballs from the heat stroke and dehydration.
