What is an RP talky version of d&d?

you don't play with the board. o-o you have a character sheet and stats, and the DM tells you where you are and what is happening, then you can do what ever you want..?

My older brother had over 2,000+ Magic: The Gathering cards back when the card game was about a year or two old. Unfortunately he gave them all away to his friends (or sold them, I can't remember which)

If he was to sell them now he would make a whole lot of money.. Some of the original cards sell for hundreds of dollars.

Yeah I know xD It's a bummer he didn't keep them. I would have asked for some of them but they were his and he was out of state, and I didn't find out he sold all of them until about two years ago when he told me. I was rather bummed because he really liked them, but he must have needed quick cash. It's hard living on your own at a young age. He's 24 now and was probably 21 or 22 when he sold them. Oh well. You've gotta do what you gotta do and more to make it by.

I only got into Magic about 7 months ago, so my collection doesn't really have anything expensive in it. a couple of cards worth up to $30,but that's about it.
I'm 19 and living away from my parents, so i can understand that >_>

If I knew how valuable they would become when I was younger, I'd have definitely collected them and kept some of the packages closed xD I was more into Pokemon at the time and I had quite the collection, but I never did manage to find a Charizard.
