Well on a manga site, you use that to find something you might be interested in, like say, you put in the tags 'shoujo', 'romance', and 'school life', it'll give you all the mangas that have those tags attached to them.

Manga reader has a really specific search system, well at least I think so

Mm, They recently updated it, If you have multi tags. those tags all have to be in the manga... It's really stupid.. I sent a complaint about it, and they said they are going to fix it soon.
