Oh, our third shifters had their turns already!! lmao Well one was preggers. I think the stress of nights could be harmful, but depends how you handle it I guess. I hated when Ian went to nights for a remodel and it almost ruined us. ><

I'm a cashier but I put in my change of job preference to be anywhere but the front end. My CSM's are WORTHLESS!

I'm a day shift CSM. -w- I love my job, and worked hard to gain the respect from all my cashiers the RIGHT way, but it's the upper management that screws us over so that's what makes me hate it. If they weren't always changing their minds, and would back us up like they used to, it wouldn't be so bad.

I'm always suck on the lane with the cigarettes by myself((only register open)) after a certain time and there are nights that I see that I'm getting a little bit of a line and the anxiety kicks in and I see that everyone(CSM's and other cashiers) are no where around.

Last Sunday one of my CSM's got mad at me for asking for help when some one had a heeping cart at 3am.

Yeah..the CSMs at my store at night are like that as well. You should go to day shift, though busier, it's a lot stressful. And if it's anything like my store, besides a few, the CSMs normally take the wrap for angry customers yelling at them for you. lol I've been threatened recently for saving my cashier cause they were right and the customer was wrong. ><

lol Indiana. I've worked at two other states though. Delaware, then Utah, and now Indiana. haha And each one was different in people personalities.
