Just finished watching Detective Pikachu! Adore it! Hopefully there are special features on the Blu-Ray that are missing from the DVD, the rental was a dollar cheaper though. Going on the Got To Buy list!

for those of you that are unaware, The Dark Crystal is a story, primarily made with puppets. Jim Henson voices Jen and designs a lot of the puppets. Sadly, he's now dead.

:] I hope ya liked it Voidbarker! It's a rich fantasy world despite it being brought to life by puppets of all things. One of my favorites.

Last movie I saw was actually The Dark Crystal too! <xD

yeah, it's super neat. i love how they used puppets to do it tbh, and it looks like they're using puppets to do the new prequel series, too.

:] It's like 94% puppetry for the series, yeah. Some stuff like the flying and creatures had to be cgi.

Last movie I saw was Inglorious Basterds. -w- One of my favs.

Just got back yesterday from seeing Joker in theatres.
o-o I'll say, it was refreshing to watch a comically dark and disturbingly dramatic movie. I liked it a lot! It was an interesting flick to say the least.

I've heard that Joker was really, really dark
Someone told me that they'd prefer not to see it more than twice.

It used to be my favorite movie as a kid because one of the main characters was biracial and I identified with her a lot.

But strangely, I didn't even remember that the character I liked the most was biracial! I think as a kid, I didn't even think about it. I was just like, "Ooo, she's like me!" And I couldn't really understand why back then
