yea, the place i'm moving too.. a ways down the road there is a park of some sort ovo

though the map makes it seem not so far away, but when your walking.. and the asthma gets to ya.. x-x doooom

It's too damned cold to play PokemonGO. I feel like they really didn't take winter into account. There was a Muk at a nearby PokeStop and I froze my tail off to go get it at 5°C with harsh wind blowing. On the bright side, if you catch a cold, you can sue.

Yokuutsu 12-31-2016 02:54 PM

I don't have asthma, but I definitely have the fat. Plenty of that. But maybe I'll walk more for the pokemon?

Demonskid 12-31-2016 02:57 PM

I'm fat too so that gets taken into account x'D

I'm hoping now that i am able to play pokego, i can loose weight

@ le Fay >:3 i was out in 11*F weather for a santa pikachu! it was worth it x'D

Lavender le Fay 12-31-2016 02:59 PM

I'm fat three, and to be honest, less fat than I used to be thanks to PokemonGO.

Demonskid, I can't blame you for that one. It's cute as bunnies!

I love pikachu, to the point when i get on voice chat on discord I'd enter with a "Pikachu!"

one time i saw a friend in voice, I sang the one song the pikachu sang in "Good-Bye Pikachu" from the first season.. apparently my friends phone logged him into chat while he was sleeping and I woke him up. He thought his family members were playing some sort of pikachu thing somewhere.

I got nicknamed DKchu by hyjin x'D

I got such dirty looks in elementary and high school for liking Pokemon... because over here you quit childhood at 8 and start doing all the adult things. I still love my Pokemon. Pikachu kind of became a globally recognisable... trademark? Symbol? Most famous virtual animal? I don't feel smart enough today to think of a good enough words.

Yokuutsu 12-31-2016 03:07 PM

I want to lose weight, but no motivation.

Before I had Pokemon go...I walked like all across campus in the cold to catch a santa Pikachu for my friend. My finger were so cold they hurt when I got back to his vehicle....and as we were leaving? Santa Pikachu appeared while we were driving away in the truck. >_<

my 52 year old aunt plays and when i was 13ish years old she told me i was too OLD to like pokemon.. >w>, so when i found out she played PokeGO i HAD to rib her some. i was all "who's too old to like pokemon now?" x'D

SparX 12-31-2016 03:13 PM

I expect my mom to try it in a year or so XD

Lavender le Fay 12-31-2016 03:15 PM

I'm a huge child and a huge nerd. That will never change. My friend, who's younger than me, wanted to make a huge rant how I should stop being so immature, pick up real hobbies and real interests, and I told her I'll do that as soon as she stops looking like she could be my mother. I'd pay your aunt to be my aunt...

Demonskid 12-31-2016 03:16 PM

i need more people to play with ._. my aunt said next time she visits we'd go to the pokestops again

Lavender le Fay 12-31-2016 03:25 PM

By the way, how are you guys liking he Nearby tracker versus Sightings? Personally... I feel that both have merits, but both need to be implemented in the game. I have only a few Stops in my neighbourhood that are spread far apart, so who knows what I'm missing out on. Like, how the Pokemon and eggs windows work, so should Nearby and Sightings. (I'm so super technomologically smurt, that I can't even...)

Demonskid 12-31-2016 03:40 PM

i barely use the the pokestop one cause i'm hardly ever near a pokestop ._. figuring out where the ones near me is hard =o=

Lavender le Fay 12-31-2016 03:41 PM

That's why Nearby is good, you tap the Pokemon you want and then you can pinpoint the Pokestop on the map to help you get to it. After a while, you learn which Pokestop is where. I hope that helps.

Demonskid 12-31-2016 03:46 PM

yeaa there are no stops in my range for me to even see the whole nearby thing.
