It has been weeping for a few hours now and just feels dry. I might get a patch for it and put something cold on to soothe it.

I thought it was an eyelash or a hair because my eyelashes sometimes lie on my eyeball. I might see a doctor tomorrow.

Doesn't feel too bad. Just annoying more than anything. It might have been a little speck or something. I mean it's just residually sore now. The more I blink the better it feels.

Leaving it alone has helped too lol.
