Oh no! There are lightweight UPF clothes for at least some protection.
Which one works for you? I'm also sensitive to a lot of sunscreens and am even dealing with a bad reaction to one currently. FDA approval seems to make America sunscreen ingredients pretty behind, compared to others. So I have better luck ordering from other countries. But go through too much to use all over. |
Oh! I've never even heard of UPF clothing, but I am definitely going to look into it!
I;m currently using Alba Botanica fragrance free Sensitive Skin formula, I think it's 45 SPF. I usually prefer the spray on kinds, but the last spray on one I bought gave me a rash after wearing it for two-ish hours. :( It looks like it's going to be a really cool day today, it's completely cloudy. But still, I like having sunscreen just in case. |
*looks outside* ._.
Yep. I can affirm. Looks pretty gloomy. .u. Perfect day for taking a shower and listening to a bunch of angsty music. ~ <3 <n< I gotta go to the pharmacy today. And probably the market...ughh. Being an adult sucks...I want a refund. x} |
i gave up years ago and own like 4 umbrellas XD it is a pain to tote them around but coupled with long sleeves they do the job. you just have to make sure to get the rainproof ones that are a tightly knit
|
:T Golly gosh, I wish I could actually use the umbrellas in the car for rain. <x} Haha! Rain. In California. <x'D
Instead, I likely be using them for shade this summer. <x{ If I don't forget that is, and end up cooked like a badly baked Tilapa in the sun. Yeech! Luckily it's kinda muggy right now and not super bright and sunny. <x] Otherwise I think it would kinda annoy me. I don't have to go out after all today, yayyy! But, on the flipside, I'm feeling cramps, ;_; And I just wanna lay here like the sad Christmas stockings being ignored in the garage... |
hopefully you do it somewhere other than the garage so you don't get buried under lawn furniture and bikes
|
<w<; Ohh, the bike in the garage is dead.
And we got no lawn, so no lawn furniture either. :T Nope. I'm just gonna plop myself wherever it is empty and cozy. Like a bed or couch without anyone on it. <xT <3 o_o but now suddenly I want to eat something viciously, like a predatory dinosaur. OwO <3 *hears door open with food likely here* >8D AH! My wish has come true!! |
gonna do a chomp chomp?

Sun is super deadly laser.

I thought we agreed you wouldn't show those home movies of me during the New Years party last year.... T_T Oh....? That's NOT me?! |
@ Chocobo:
Funnily enough, I haven't for the sole reason of my ex-friend once tried to get me into it by trying to force me to get a steam account, add her as a close friend, and get don't starve so she could play with me. >U> JUUUUUST like she did with making me buy a Nintendo 3DS and harassing me to get Animal Crossing New Leaf... <_<; And that didn't turn out so well. *shrug* Who knew you could be emotionally abused through such a cute game made for actual friends? <B} Took me forever to actually try Undertale, since she was into that too and pestered me to get it or else she'd literally bite me. <:/ Might consider Don't Starve later on, since I think it's on the Switch. I'm not a real PC gamer. I'm a fake one. x'D Since I don't have steam and never will, because I'm poor and my laptop is strictly for tippy-tappy-typing online and offline. @ Ava: O-O Yo, you had pool pizza last year? B} Sweet! Miss that. Swim-eating is so much fun. x3 |
oh, dude if it brings back traumatic feelings then you shouldn't feel pressed to play it, in fact i'll drop the topic and we can, instead, just talk about pool pizza
