The Cursed Heart was the February DI. Red Hot is one of September's DIs. Neither is in the item guide. The guide, unfortunately, is severely out of date.

I'm going as a Forest Fairy, but I'm not putting too much money into it. I haven't dressed up for Halloween for over ten years. ^^; A spent a little money on wings, shirts and some make-up stuff. So I maybe spent $40-$60 and I'll be wearing it for the next few years. ^^;
