There was a law passed this year that made it legal to get a scavenging permit and legally scavenge roadkill in washington state. Except for one species of deer somewhere down south, because they are protected.

i have a cat who tried to eat my fake poinsettia.... that's a weird cat! he also tries to eat paper. XD
