If it helps you any, I (well ok, Vesh) was sending out multiples of one item. So when the first trades were reported as empty, I thought I might have accidentially tried to trade away the very same item twice - thus whoever accepted the trade first got it, and then it would disappear from pending trades because the item with that particular ID is gone from inventory.
Therefore Vesh paid close attention to count her stars. First trade sent would get star #1 from the list on the side, second trade star #2 and so on. But since some came still across empty, it looks like a different problem altogether. Best I can offer right now is to resend whenever it borks.

Hm. Hey Galla, I think the issue might be, the sender has several copies of one item, and they're trying to trade the same copy of that item to everyone.
