Mizuki smiled at Thalions response though he didnt say anything to it. He told the male where to go and from there he left with Neimi to go and meet up with the elven males.

After the group met they decided it was time to leave and it would take time for them to reach the area that was needed. Along the way though was when the conversation on how the trip was going to go or how far they would travel in the one day.

"I know you dont like it but its the fastest way" Mizuki said looking to Thalion as he walked along side the male. "If we were to walk it would take to long" He said with a sigh "So teleportation would be the easiest way...not to mention there is four of us that could cast the spell" He said with a look to the male.

This had been going on for a little while but Mizuki knew that he had a point. Thalion knew this as well though the male was being defiant. After awhile they reached a large stone structure that had symbols all over it. It was the entrance to the teleport. Beyond that were stones placed in a circle with each one of them having a different symbol. "Well...shall we" Mizuki said looking to the group then to Thalion. Giving a small smile to the male he turned and headed for the stones.

"Oh today just keeps getting better and better." Was his response to the idea of having to use magic to get there. Though he knew that there was no point in walking the whole way if they could just get there with a spell. Though he still wasn't overly fond of the idea none the less.

Along the walk Damien was still fighting with Thalion. Though it was a one sided fight as Damien never seemed to lose his temper no matter what happened. Though he had known Thalion and his family from when Thalion was a mere child and when the family was still young.

"You have no reason to dislike magic as much as you do you know.. your father-" "Mention him and I promise I'll kill you were you stand knight..." There was no swearing involved or threats this was him flat out being serious. There seemed to be a bit of tension at the mentioning of his father. Damien sighed just slightly. "As you wish."

Mizuki asking shall they seemed silly. Not like they had a choice. Though Neimi was excited at the least. The spell seemed to take no time with four casting it. Not that this made Thalion enjoy it any more. Either way they seemed to make it to their desired destination in one piece so that was a good thing.

Neimi smiled weakly as she looked at Thalion. "You really don't like traveling like that do you?" Saying as he didn't look alright in the slightest. "I think it's more of the thought I have to do that at least once more to get away from here.." Though Damien seemed to speak up on this bringing up a good point actually. Not one that Thalion would hear of course. "If mi'lord hates traveling this way so much he could always re-awaken the dragons and then -" "And then have a new issue to deal with.. how about we get a few of the current things sorted then we can add things to my to do list" The list that he never planned on doing..

The spell was easy with four and little time at all they found themselfs standing in a stone circle much like the last. The only thing different with this was that instead of rocky mountain around them there were trees that reached high in the sky. Birds sang and chirpped around them and Mizuki gave a little frown.

After that they began to head out. Walking through the trees they made their own paths. Destro began leading them in different ways and the closer they got to the mid kingdom the more and more Mizuki began to keep to himself.

By the time they reached the entrance his ears were all the way dipped down and his face was almost in a steady frown or scowl. He wanted to be far from this place and yet there was no other way it would seem. Taking a deep shakey breath to himself Mizuki moved and began walking through the gates.

The mid kingdom was built around the base of trees. Winding and spreading all over the place. Little shops and stores littered the main road as well as inns and more. Mizuki however didnt notice any of it as his head stayed hung.

He didnt look up a single time until Destro spoke. It had been along day and they still had a couple hours until they reached the head capital so it was a thought to stop and eat. This caused Mizuki to shake his head "No...lets just continue" He said going to move but then Damien spoke in "The young lord needs to eat as we all do" He said looking to Mizuki. Niemi nodded her head as well "It will do us good" She said.

Mizuki forwned as his ears dipped down again "Fine." Was his short answer. Destro looked to him at this and gave a little frown though he spoke again "Alright...so its decided" He said. After that the group found a little shop to the side that sold all kinds of food from the little kart. Not hungry or caring Mizuki moved and sat at one of the benches alone as he thought to himself.

This was the last place he wanted to be. He almost felt as uneasy here as he did at the Drow capital. IT was a annoying feeling and one he would have to deal with until they finally left here. Though who knew when that would be. They just decided to go on this trip not when they were to return home. Maybe Mizuki would finish his training quickly.

Though as they kept walking he did notice a change in the other. He seemed to go or retreat to his own world as they kept walking. The mention of stopping he seemed to be very against but others talked him into agreeing. After things were settled a little and Mizuki had a few moments to himself was when Thalion went over to him.

Sitting next to him he waited a moment before speaking. "Want to talk about it before your face freezes that way?" He said with a slight laugh though a short lived one as Mizuki never moved or even acted like he heard him. He couldn't put his finger on what was wrong. He knew in a way but..

"Not going to talk at all are you.. I can't help if I don't know." He had a point. He didn't like seeing Mizuki like this and if he knew they were going to travel through a place he disliked then why agree to go through with it?

Mizukis mind was in torment at the moment. So many different thoughts kept ringing through his head but alot of them just happened to be of his passed. Mizuki had alot of memories in this place and most of them were bad. So it was easy to him to ignore the world around him. This was prooven more as Thalion came over and sat down beside him speaking to him. "Want to talk about it before your face freezes that way?" He heard and Mizuki ignored it though it made him more aware of the male to his side.

Good old Thalion deciding to make a comment like that in a time like this. Then the male spoke again "Not going to talk at all are you.. I can't help if I don't know." That right there made Mizukis mind stop its dark thoughts...but only for a moment. Thalion was right though how could he help if he didnt know what was wrong?

Turning his head Mizuki still looked down at his folded hands on the table "This city holds alot of memories for me..." He said lightly "The birth of my people as well as the death of them" Mizuki said with a little sigh "Not to mention the slaughter of my parents and the first time I met the eastern king" He said with a little shrug. "But you know...nothing important" He said with a pained voice and a little shrug.

The only reason why they were even going through the village around them was the fact that it was the easiest way to get to the capital city. That city rested high in the great red tree and to get there you needed to travel through the base of the trees which so happened to be the mid kingdom.

Mizuki sighed a little as his head dipped more. He wanted nothing more at this moment then to lean in and rest his head on the males shoulder beside him...maybe even a hug but that thought was pushed aside. They were in public and now everyone from the group began to come and sit at the same table. Mizuki was half tempted to get up and leave the group and await for them to finish off to the side. In a place where his thoughts would remain his own.

He almost thought Mizuki was just going to keep ignoring him even after the second comment. Not that he would have left the male alone like this. He had a idea of what was wrong but it was better to make sure. Besides he told Mizuki he'd work on things and he wanted to but he couldn't if he didn't know what was wrong.

After a moment Mizuki seemed to speak up finally and say what was on his mind. Why this place bothered him and everything. Thalion was glad really. Though it didn't help things as as Mizuki seemed to almost get worse after saying what was wrong. Thalion sighed a little as Mizuki seemed to dip his head more.

Thinking on what he could even do he finally settled his mind on something. Though he dared anyone to say a word about what he was going to do. "Come here." He said lightly before pulling Mizuki closer to him and whispering to him. "we're not staying here... I understand though. Just try to relax or your going to make yourself sick." He barely brushed his lips against Mizuki's cheek though unless someone was paying close attention they probably never noticed it.

Either way he let Mizuki rest his head against his shoulder like he seemed to want to do and never said a word more. Though that had taken a lot just to do what he did. So if anyone did say anything of it the odds of them getting whatever end of the tension he had built up at the moment were pretty high.

Mizuki sat there for a little while. He was expecting a small comment from Thalion or a snarky tone but nothing like that came. After a moment or two Thalion seemed to tell him to get closer. Leaning in he met Thalion part way "we're not staying here... I understand though. Just try to relax or your going to make yourself sick." Well that was true and he had already began to feel the pain in his stomach.

Though that was not what made his eyes widen. No it was the light brush of lips on a pale cheek. This made Mizuki smile though not as much as when he was allowed to place his head on Thalions shoulder. Closing his eyes thats all he wanted was to be near the male. With his head rested there he gave a little sigh and couldnt help the little nuzzle he gave.

The little kiss was not noticed from the group around them. It was not until his head was moved and placed on Thalions shoulder that some one noticed and that some one was Destro. The male sat across from the two with a glare on his pale face. You see Destro knew of everything that was supposed to happen with Mizuki and the scene before him was not one of those things.

"Well lets go then...we have wasted more then enough time here" Destro said standing. Mizuki gave a sigh before he removed his head from the males shoulder. "Yes...lets" He said lightly as he stood though he noticed the little smirk play on the males lips the moment his head left Thalions shoulder though the frown returned shortly after. Mizuki didnt want to leave Thalions side now...no. He wanted to be close to the male and if he had it his way he would still be in the males arms.

It was probably a good thing that whatever was to take place was not known to the group. They wouldn't have come here for starters and Destro would be the first one to find out just what Thalion's thoughts were. Though he might still find out his thoughts if it was something that he did not agree with.

Thalion didn't miss the glare from Destro though. He was expecting some words to go with it but it seemed there was more going on that the male wasn't saying. For now he wasn't going to cause any further trouble though. Maybe later would be a time to question if he had a issue with Mizuki or his so called lord being happy. No ok it was better to leave well enough alone for now.

The group moved on after Destro said something though Thalion half thought the sudden idea to move came from where Mizuki had been. He was starting to get a good idea that he wasn't going to enjoy his time here in the least. Though Mizuki had enough to worry about so he kept his mouth shut, At the least he knew that he wasn't completely exposed here. It might be a city of almost all mages but he still had a number of ways of defending himself against such. Maybe while he was here he would be smart and work on those defenses... in case something seemed to happen anyway.

After the group got up and headed out Destro came up and walked along Mizuki "Once we reach the capital we shall head to the home tree" Destro spoke lightly. "From there the queen will explain to you everything that you need to know" He said lightly "After all it was her that requested we found you" Drestro said looking ahead of him.

That was something Mizuki found interesting. Why on earth would the queen wish of him? Something was amiss here and Mizuki could not help to think that there was more to this then training. "There is something your not telling me" Mizuki said lightly as he looked to Destro but the male kept his head straight. A little smile stayed on his lips as he spoke "Everything in due time" Was all he said.

The day went on and the evening soon approaced. As they began to reach the outside of the capital lanterns hung from low trees lighting the pathway. As the trees around them began to grow thicker the path began to get smaller. Then with a step the path changed and soon they were climbing stairs craved from the trees. Leading up and winding through the great redwoods until they opened to a large ledge. Wooden rails and stairs lead down from each side to the village beyond.

Mizuki stopped and looked with a sad yet in awe face. The last time he had seen the capital was when he was no more then a child and even then it took his breath. Houses carved into trees and decks and ledges made of stone was the view. Green and brown with magical lanterns lighting the way it was a sight to see "Welcome everyone to Amoneithel" Destro said with a smile.

Destro then led the group from there through bridges and passages until they reached the largest redwood at the head of the village. "This is the great home tree. Our king and queen live in this red wood" Destro said before they headed up the large stairs.

At the top of the stairs two large wooden doors were carved with large arching trees. Guards stood on either side in full armor. As the group approached the two men moved and opened the large doors. Stepping inside they were met with nobles all around walking and talking, it seemed to be a busy place. "Please stay close" Destro said with a smile as he began to lead the way.

Walking through the people they were led to a larger room where the two noble thrones sat in place. "Please wait here your magiesty will be with you shortly" He said with a smile "After that I am sure we will meet again" He said glancing at Thalion with a smile before he turned and bowed to Mizuki before taking his leave.

Mizuki stood there slightly shaking to himself. This was all a little much for him. Yeah sure he had lived in a castle most his life under the eastern king but this was different. These were his people. Turning he looked to Thalion as the male came up to him "Tell me everything is going to be alright" He said getting that feeling back that something was off. "Tell me I am worrying for nothing" He said with a little sad smile.

Mizuki needed that reasurance. He had a bad feeling about this. Like something was about to ruin everything he had worked so hard for. It was something that he couldnt shake. Ever since the day Destro first came it lingered in the back of Mizukis mind. Looking to Thalion he gave a sad smile "I love you Thalion...dont forget that" He said lightly just loud enough for the other male to hear.

Though Thalion didnt get a chance to say anything as the double doors to the right of the throne opened and the queens royal guard stepped in. Fallowed by the queen herself. Smiling lightly to Thalion Mizuki turned before he bowed as low as he could.

Yes there was something he did not like about Destro. He was rather good at reading people but maybe he was wrong? Heck it wasn't abnormal for wood elves to hate dark elves. After a war that brought out between the two races that was almost expected. Still... there was something and Destro was hiding it till the end it seemed.

After Destro left and Mizuki spoke to him he sighed a little. "Can I say it and you believe it even if I don't?" Least he was honest. Though he hated to be at the moment. "Things will work out I'm sure.. they always do heh." Or so he hoped. Why did he feel like this time wasn't going to be so simple?

Though after a moment he shrugged a little. "Eh I'm sure its nothing, your just uneasy being back here is all." This time with a bit more confidence that he really meant that. Mizuki needed to relax so this was the best way he could help at the moment. Either way he nodded letting Mizuki know he heard him though he didn't get the chance to say the words back as the doors opened.

Ok now he felt very uneasy. The last time the two races royals were in the same room was a few days before the war started. Even if it was years before he was born it still left a uneasy feeling of him being here. Maybe he could be lucky and go unnoticed as to who he was. So long as Damien kept his mouth shut and thus far he had kept any milord comments to where only Thalion could hear them.

Great formalities... was Thalion's first thought before bowing about the same time Damien did. Thus another reason he hated being around nobles and royals. Too many gestures and things could be taken to mean something else far too easily in the process of it all.

Though he wasn't sure he wanted to be here. Really he didn't. He was here to support Mizuki and as soon as he had a chance to get away from here he would be gladly doing so. Besides maybe he was safe enough the reports were that the whole line of royal blood was cleared out in a single night. Then again it had been a few months ago when the rumors of one such survivor turning the capital inside out by appearing and gathering a force to oppose the tyrant king.

Mizuki stayed bowed until the guard told them to stand. Doing so he looked to the queen. Long white hair was dun up in swirls and bows around the females head. Jewels pinned in hair only leaving two long strands in the front to drape down her chest. Pointed ears stood proud with hopes and and chains. Light blue almost white eyes gazed out with a kindness as a light smile graced pale lips.

"Welcome welcome" The queen said with a little dip of her head. "It is my pleasure to meet with you at this time" The queen said. Her voice was soft and gentle never loud. "I am queen Nelletia" She said with a smile before moving and walking down the throne steps to the group. Gracefull movements led her to Mizuki first.

"Hmm I take it you are Mizuki Kinsaki?" Nelletia said and Mizuki bowed again "Indeed I am your magesty" He said before standing and looking at her again. "I am very pleased you came" She said with a smile "There are quite a few things that you need to do" She said with a smile "Your a very special young man" The queen said stepping back looking at him. "Forgive me Mi'lady but I am in no way special" Mizuki said with a little smile.

"Oh but you are" She said with a smile "You see the royal family here branches out" She said with a smile "Different noble families within our race are all branched from the main family" Nelletia said with a little nod of her head. "Alright well what dose that have to do with me?" Mizuki asked all though he had a feeling he knew what was going to be his answer.

"Our king is sick" Nelletia said with a sad frown "And we do not have an heir" She said with an even bigger frown as he proud ears took a dip. "So we had to search the records for the next in line" She said before looking to Mizuki "Your father was to be the next king though now he is dead and as such the line of power falls onto you" She said with a smile making Mizuki freeze.

What on earth...that meant that he was a noble...no he was more then a noble he was a royal. Mizukis pale face paled even more at these words but the queen still seemed to continue "As such an agreement between houses was stated many years ago but until recently there was no way to fill the agreement until now"

Mizuki froze even more. By the way the queen was speaking and from what he remembered about the houses of the high elven he knew what was coming "To be king you need a queen. Mizuki meet you arranged bride Sateeva" She said but that was the last Mizuki heard as he fell backwords and passed out.

This turned into a rather long winded conversation of the different lines and why she had called Mizuki here. The king of the wood elves being ill wasn't something he was counting on. Though as soon as it was mentioned Thalion already saw where this was going. Either Mizuki's family had some tie into this or they were really grasping at straws here.

As the queen went on it seemed to become more clear. Though the longer she went on explaining that Mizuki was to be next as king the paler Mizuki seemed to get. That wasn't a good sign. Though something dawned on him about that time as well... it seemed about the same time that it was brought up. To be king you needed to be married.

Though as soon as the last bit the queen had to say left her mouth Mizuki seemed to faint on the spot. Good thing he had been paying attention or they might not have a next in line king either if he had hit the floor. Well this was a unexpected turn of events though he wanted to find that damned bastard that brought them here.

Now for sure he knew that this information was being withheld. Mizuki would have never come here if he had known. Either way Mizuki was taken to a room till he woke up again. Though Thalion hardly could stay near him. The guards here were uneasy and almost looking for a excuse. The smarter move at the moment was to not give them one. Maybe if he actually did speak as to who he was then things might be different. But for now he was willing to take being a commoner and just some companion during Mizuki's travels.

He still never strayed too far though as he paced a little before Damien finally spoke up. "Mi'lord your going to wear a hold in the floor.. or burn this place down one or the other if you don-" "I'll calm down after I sock that guy in the jaw." He snapped a little before sighing and breathing out. Damien had a point. Things would never smooth out if he ended up burning the place down due to his magic being unstable at times.

Mizuki awoke with a start. Sitting up right he looked around though realized he was in a bedroom. Though that was not what had caught his eye. No it was the female sitting in the chair beside his bed "Oh...your awake" A soft shy yet chipper voice spoke up and Mizuki groaned as he rubbed his head "What on earth..." He began but the female spoke "You had fainted..." She said "A little to much information at once" She said with a little laugh.

Mizuki sighed a little as he dipped his head remembering the words of the queen. Then it came to him as to who the female was. Turning his head he actually looked at her. White hair was done in the same way of all nobles and the jewels and circlet on her head told Mizuki all he needed to know "So...your...um..." She smled lightly and nodded "Yes my name Symera and...your future wife" She said with a smile.

This was all to much for Mizuki to take in. "Im sorry this is all a little much for me" He spoke with a groan. Then his mind turned to Thalion and the others "Can you take me to the others..." Mizuki said looking at her but as she tilted her head he growled "The group I came here with..." He said and she smiled "Aw yes the two drows and the female" She said with a smile and Mizuki nodded.

Standing she took him to the double doors before leaving "Take Lord Mizuki here to his traveling partners" She said to a guard who stood there. Getting a yes mam she smiled before turned and looked at him "I shall be here when you return" Symera said before turning back and entering the room again. Mizuki didnt care though as the guard started on his way.

Mizuki fallowed and was led down a long hall and to a room at the end of it. There the guard stood "I will await your finish" He said and Mizuki growled. It would seem they were under watch for awhile. Opening the doors he stepped in and saw all three of them standing around. Mizuki couldnt help it and he knew he was going to hear about this later from Thalion but at the moment it was the only thing he wanted to do.

Starring past everyone he looked right to Thalion. As their eyes met Mizuki was already on the move and before anyone could say anything his arms were up and rapped around the male before him. He ignored everything that told him this was a bad idea at the moment he didnt care. His life had changed in a matter of moments...Mizuki needed this. He was shaking and upset, who wouldnt want a hug?

Thalion was still half stuck on his thoughts as he walked the room back and forth. He couldn't stand it! They were told to stay here and what for? They were being watched at all times and he half felt like he was being treated as some damned criminal. Plus on top of everything else and Mizuki being married off and he had no power to do anything.

He had let out a heavy sigh in frustration as Neimi glanced at Damien both of them pretty much expecting the worse when the doors opened again. Granted Damien was about as easy to read as a stone but still. He did not like this treatment either. Its not like they had done anything wrong and they were forced pretty much to avoid Mizuki.

Though after a while the doors did open and Mizuki walked through them. Thalion finally stopped his near about furious walk as Mizuki walked towards him. Though he wasn't expecting the other to hug him out of the blue like that. Actually with him doing so he felt a bit foolish in his thoughts of being so worked up when this was harder on Mizuki.

He hesitated a second but quickly got over it at a thought they might not have a say in how things went from here. Hugging the other in return as he moved a little at a few moments. "Was it that bad?" He tried to joke knowing the answer. Though he looked down a little after saying it.

"We'll ... think of something." What though?! What the hell could be done about this? Without a ruler the city would fall and Mizuki would never just let that happen. But in order for there to be a new ruler the current one had to be married. There was just no way around it was there...

Though Mizuki still seemed to be holding onto him for dear life almost. "Hey.. relax. I'm not going anywhere. Even if I have to kick every guards ass just to stay here I'll do it." He was half tempted to put a few in their place as it was anyway.

Mizuki at that moment didnt care who was watching or who was in the room. The only thought that he had was that he wanted Thalion. He stayed there even as the male spoke just hugging him with his head nuzzled deep into a dark neck. As Thalion continued to speak Mizuki wanted to beleive everything that the male said. Oh how he wanted to believe it but he couldnt help but to tighten his arms around Thalion.

This was when Thalion spoke "Hey.. relax. I'm not going anywhere. Even if I have to kick every guards ass just to stay here I'll do it." Even though the words were needed Mizuki knew that if it came down to it Thalion would not have that much of a say in things. One heck even the four of them couldnt take down the entire royal army and Mizuki knew that even if he didnt want to.

"I knew something was wrong" He said into a dark neck "I...I dont know what to do Thalion" He said as he gave a little whimper. Mizuki held onto Thalion as if he was dieing. He couldnt go through with this. There was so much that was wrong with this picture and so much that made sence. All in all Mizuki was lost.

His ears dropped back a little hearing Mizuki say he didn't know what to do. Hell he didn't either to be honest with himself. He wanted to say everything would be fine or things would work out but nothing that he thought of would make them work out. He hated this... he held no power here, hell he had no real power anywhere. But here least of any place.

"Don't... I knew something was wrong I was foolish to think otherwise" He said growling at the thought of that damned mage that brought them here. "We'll figure something out I promise." Neimi had moved a little before she spoke up. "There isn't a loop hole in the system? There has to be at least one." Though not any she could think of.

"tsk I swear if I see that damned mage I'll ..." He sighed before finishing that knowing it wouldn't help anything. "We're not leaving you here. And you're not getting married... I don't know how we'll pull that off just yet but damn it just trust me when I say its not happening." He wasn't going to lose the one person he cared about... not here. Not when things were starting to work out.

"What now mi'lords?" Damien questioned to break the sudden silence. "Tsk... We're stuck until we figure something out that's what." Thalion hissed a little at the thought that they may have no say in this. "Not unless you have any bright ideas or hell at this rate I'd settle for a fix it spell." Though that was an impossible thought. A so called spell would have to switch race and gender for it to even be close to an idea. Even then it wouldn't probably count towards anything.

What kind of kingdom had no heirs anyway. As far as he knew the wood elf rulers had not changed in quite sometime. Plenty to plan a child or some other plan to have a trained ruler. "Heh just think if you had stayed with the human king you wouldn't have to go through this." Though at the same time they wouldn't be together either.

They needed a plan, either some way of keeping Mizuki from that woman he was to marry or some means to sneak him out of the city. Granted right now all he wanted to do was track down Destro and give him a damned beating he wouldn't soon forget. But that meant he'd have to leave Mizuki and he didn't want to right this moment.

After a little longer Thalion sighed finally knowing that they were going to be stuck here. "If you're going to be their next king maybe you should start by speaking up now as far as keeping your companions locked in a room like convicts." He had a good point really. Though he doubted that Mizuki had any say in that or that they would take his word for anything until after the.. He didn't want to say wedding because then that means he had lost Mizuki.

"Do we even know when they plan this little joining that they every so kindly forgot to mention to you?" Maybe if they had a few days... maybe they could come up with a plan of some kind. Though if they planned to do things right away it could be today or tomorrow. That wouldn't really allow much time for any plan at all. "Ugh.. and you wonder why I don't want to rule Damien? Well here is a damned good example of why." Damien took the point Thalion was trying to get across though each race was different in what you needed in order to rule. Drow were based off of who was the strongest really.

"If we have a few days mi'lord maybe we can get further information on this." "Yeah .. and how do you propose we go about that when they are watching our every move and don't let us out of this room?" Though he knew where that was going as Damien smiled a bit at Thalion's question. "I hate you at times.. no I take that back. All the time." It was a idea, right now they were being treated as commoners and even if Mizuki had no say in how things went they could hardly just hold captive another royal line without risking a fight of some kind.

Though this being said Thalion was hopeful that Mizuki could just get them some freedom to get out of this room instead of him having to go that route of pulling his bloodline into this mess. He could see that going one of two ways. One they stopped treating them like criminals, or the other they'd end up in a holding cell instead of just a guarded room. Either way any plans like this were kept to lower voice tones to keep from the guards being able to pass on any information.

Though the planning of what or how much time they might have came to a end when the doors opened again. Just to save any further trouble for now Thalion briefly kissed Mizuki before stepping back a bit so by the time the heavy doors were fully open it looked like the small group had been just standing there. Though there was a slight hint of pain hidden on Thalion's face. To think that they could lose this time, that might be the last kiss he ever gets to give the other or something... He didn't want to think that way but it could very well be true.

Aside from sneaking Mizuki out of here what could they really do? Even if Mizuki said no something told him that they would just force it somehow. That or if they were really desperate they'd take them hostage just to ensure that he agreed to whatever they said. Ok maybe not that far these were Wood Elves they were dealing with and not Drow. Though they could be underhanded in things as well... Any way around this would require some way for the marriage to be void. Though there weren't too many ways that could happen.

Mizuki stood there in Thalions arms as he listened to the male speak. At the mention of a fix it spell he couldnt help but smirk. Aw yes there were such spells though it usually only did one of the two and combining them was just asking for an issue to come up. No that idea was a little to risky even for him and at this moment Mizuki was ready to try almost anything.

Mizuki sighed as Thalion mentioned the king. It was true if he was still under the kings rule he wouldnt have to be going through this at the current moment in time. Though at the same time if he had stayed with the king god only knew what he would be doing or where he would be right now. The thought of Thalion being dead if he was still with the king made his ears dip even lower if that was even possible at the moment.

Mizuki knew that Thalion had a point. If the group was to stay there they couldnt really be held in a room like this but at the same time he wanted nothing to do with the role of a king. Though to get them out of the room he would have to do something like an order to get them out and he knew that. It was something he had thought of through destested.

At the question of the wedding Mizuki growled and shook his head. "No...there has been no mention on anything" He said "Heck a little while ago was the first of I heard of any of this!" He said in a little whimper as he still held onto Thalion, speaking into the males neck.

As Thalion and Damien spoke he shook his head pulling back some so he could look at Thalion "No you cant do that" He said lightly "Its bad enough your here in their grasp" Mizuki said with a sigh "To tell them of your background would be asking to spend the time here or more in a cell" Mizuki said looking to Thalion "And you know that as well as I" He said with a nod of his head.

Though the conversation seemed to end there as the double doors began to open. Mizuki felt the brush of a kiss as Thalion took a few steps back before the double doors fully opened. Looking to Thalion he noticed the pain flash in the males face for it matched his own. Yes it would seem that they had a real problem on their hands.

"Mi'lord..." Mizuki heard behind him and he knew that voice from before. Turning he saw the female that he had first seen when he awoke in the room "The queen requests your pressance" She said giving a little smile as she looked around the room. Mizuki growled a little "The only way I will agree to this is if my people here" He said looking at the three of them "Are no longer treated like prisoners" He said with a glare.

Symera gave a little nod at this "Yes Mi'lord" She said with a smile "After the meeting you have with the queen it would be time to retire for the night" She said lightly "Tomorrow I am sure free range of the capital could be set into place" Symera said with a little tilt of her head "For this evening however I regret to inform you that the group must stay within the room" She said with a little frown.

Mizuki growled as he fully turned to her "Alright maybe then you can tell me why they are being treated like dogs and not quests?" He said to her and this earned a small smile as she closed her eyes "Not dogs sir" She said lightly "...drows..." was her response and Mizuki turned to look at Thalion but the look on the males face said enough. To save any more issues Mizuki turned back to Symera and sighed a little before standing tall.

"Fine" He said shortly. If there was nothing he could do until he talked to the queen so be it. "See to it that they get food" He said before giving Thalion a look before he fallowed the female out of the room. Mizuki had some things that he was going to bring up to the queen and so help him she better agree to everything he said or wanted or the entire capital was going to feel his wrath.

The meeting was long and dreadfull but at least he got what he had wanted. Speaking with the queen about everything it took awhile before he got what he had wanted. Though the next day everything began to fall into place.

It started early morning as a group of mages showed at his room. Taking them with him the guard once again took him to the room where the group was held. Mizuki was in a foul mood at the moment and a glare was the only thing on his features as his light lavender eyes darkened with each step.

Reaching the room the double doors were opened and he was greated with the small group of three. Walking in he turned to the first mage. Taking the female over to Neimi he smiled "Neimi this is Zander...he is the capitals number one healing mage" He said "He is to teach you everything you can learn in the amount of time we have" He said lightly.

The next man he had with him was taken to Damien. "Damien...this male is the leader of the royal army" He said lightly "Everything in hand to hand will be taught by him and learned by you" He said looking at him though when he was about to disagree Mizuki growled "Its not a request its an order" He said getting a 'yes Mi'lord' from the male making his face even darker.

The last mage moved with him as he took him to Thalion. Giving the male a sad small smile it was soon off his lips as he spoke "Thalion this is Demeatry" He said "He will teach you everything that is needed about fire magic" He said "As well elvish blacksmithing" He said with a nod.

Stepping back he looked at the people in the room "Your training starts now" He said looking at them all "In order for myself to be a king I need a guard that can act like it" He said looking to them "And as such you three shall be just that" He said with a nod of his head "Learn...take the chance and do what you can in the time given" He said lightly with a little frown.

Mizuki knew that Thalion was going to protest the fire magic training but in order to get the group out of the room Mizuki had to convince the queen that they were his guard and as such the queen demanded that they be trained to be just that. "Learn and do it fast..." He said looking only to Thalion at that moment.

Mizuki couldnt stand there and tell the group on what the queen had said to him the other night. No not with the ears that seemed to be around him. Instead he could only play the part and that was what he was doing. Though he tried to give little hints here and there for the group. Well at least he tried to do just that.

The queen had given the order for Mizuki to wed within a couple months time. It made everything all the more urgent to him. Looking at the group one last time Mizuki turned on his heel and left the room. He had his own training to do and not only that but research. He needed away out of this contract that he seemed to be in.

"Tsk tell them of my background maybe I'll threaten to burn this tree of theirs to the ground too if they try a damned cell.." Though he knew that bringing up blood lines was a risky thing and right now he had no backing of a city either so to do that would be foolish anyway. More or less it was just trying to get ideas out and none of them seemed to be worth while.

Oh for the love of... he swore in his mind at the mention of their race. Least they could let Neimi go about whatever she wanted she was a mere human girl. Granted he knew she was safer in here then to just be walking about anyway. Though he bite his tongue from saying what eh though of Wood Elves about this moment. Saying anything would not make things any better. Aside form that if they had wanted to cause trouble then it would have happened already, seeing as they seemed to think they knew Drows well enough.

Once Mizuki left the room Thalion huffed a little having held his tongue for that long without giving anyone a part of his thoughts was hard to do. "Tsk the lot of them damned daft in the brains!" He finally said before Neimi laughed a little. "its true and you know it." He said folding his arms. If they were going to cause trouble they would have a army hidden somewhere and in wait for nightfall. Holding them here would solve nothing.

"Tsk I half want to go fix the issue in our own city just to come back here for a peace talk and wipe the damned grin off their faces..." Though he wasn't being serious in that but it did amuse him none the less. Though he still wanted nothing better then just to punch that one mage. That alone would make his week a hell of a lot better but that would have to wait.

The next day seemed to finally come, of course without much sleep as guards kept making sure they were still in the room... like they had gone somewhere. There was no windows and unless they blasted through the wall it wasn't like they could walk through a door. Though the next day also brought Mizuki and his 'orders' so to speak of how he was getting them out of this room.

Well being a guard was a upgrade from room captive at the least though not under terms he would have liked. Neimi was the main one seeming thrilled about this. Though why not she practiced daily to get better but you could only do so much. Damien never really displayed many emotions at all unless times called for it so it was hard to tell if he was pleased with this or annoyed.

Thalion was another story. The idea of training smiting was fine, the fire magic could go somewhere for various reasons. One Damien almost caught himself on mentioning but seemed to stop right before speaking. He wanted to fight this tooth and nail but he'd have to do this to get out of here and making things harder on Mizuki wouldn't help them in the least. So after a moment he finally spoke. "Fine.. " Though as far as smithing went he might end up teaching this one a thing or two. They might have the better smiths but so far he hadn't heard of many being able to craft armor useful against magic.

Maybe swapping information would distract him from actually teaching much on the fire magic. The last thing he really wanted out was the fact that he barely had control on it. Plus if they did a bit of digging there was only one family that had true fire magic in the Drows anymore. Thats what worried him the most, though they seemed too busy with Mizuki to look into that thankfully.

Free time was almost unheard of after that day. It probably was driving Damien nuts to have Thalion out of his sights for nearly a full day at a time. Though what was bugging Thalion was he never got to see Mizuki at all. The other seemed to just up and vanish. Sure he knew he had training but still... To go from everyday being with him to this.. and this was just a taste of what was to come if the wedding took place.

It had been a few weeks into the training, Mizuki did manage to get word to the group that the wedding was to be in a month and a half from now. They were running out of time and had no free time to really look into things. Though for the moment Thalion had a small break. Apparently something came up so Demeatry was busy for a few hours. That was fine by him. It was a welcome break and he feared sooner or later someone was going to find out his little secret he was holding onto. If things were hectic right now it might already be out.

Heck by this point he almost wanted to say he missed having Damien around. Though the older knight was annoying at times least he listened and gave feedback. Thalion had ended up walking down to were a small pool of water was collected in the center of a slightly overgrown grove. Getting back ought to be fun he got lost in this place almost commonly still.

sitting by it he was glad this seemed to be a section no one else was in or not many passed by as he leaned forward resting his head on his arms that were on his knees. "Ugh.. what the hell do I do?" He finally said aloud just to kill some of the frustration that he had. Though he wasn't expecting a answer.. but he was going to get one.

"Giving up then?" Someone asked as Thalion's ears twitched at the voice and he jumped up with a blade in his hand already. "You.... wha.. -" He started to try to explain this before the figure answered him. Oh this would look odd though he had no idea the properties of certain locations area this area. This was one of the forgotten spirit pools, there was a larger one in the main square of the town so this ones upkeep fell behind.

"Too many questions and you can't get them out? Sounds about like you." The figure spoke again standing just as he would have been if he were still alive. Before any of the events that took place. "To answer you no I'm not alive but I've been waiting to contact you for some time. Your still as slow as ever as well." Spoke Zeffren, also known as the former King of the Drow or another title was one of the most feared fire mages known to live. Least during his life. The wood elves held the most powerful for quite a few fields of magic but the Drow held it for other more darker forces.

After that day things seemed to never stop for Mizuki. Training was something that took up alot of his time. He didnt sleep or rest for if he did he would have to of share that room with the female that was to be his wife. That thought drove Mizuki mad. He didnt want a wife or to be king...all he wanted was to live out his days with the man he loved and maybe some day marry that man. That thought was what kept him moving most days.

As the group stayed the time ticked on and hours turned into days and those days soon turned into weeks. Two weeks into the training Mizuki had managed to find out the wedding date. A month and a half from that day...that really didnt give them alot of time. So it was all Mizuki could do to give the group this message.

All the training be damned in the moments he was not forced to learn the spells he read the tombs and everything he could get his hands on about the kings of lore from the royal library. He was searching for something anything that would get him out of this. Though there was nothing to be found. Not unless either he died or she the same but that was something that wouldnt happen. All the information was not doing anything for him.

That was not until three weeks in when he found some more information. It was of the rules of conduct for the arranged marriage of the king and queen to be. Mizuki sat there as he read over everything. The tomb had everything from how the marriage was arranged to what they would wear on the day they wed. Though this was nothing he needed! Mizuki growled at the book "Give me something...anything..." He said pleading to any god that would listen.

This was when Mizuki turned the page. The last page in the tomb but it was the page he had been waiting for. "Things that will mellenvoid the contract" was the title of the page and Mizuki smiled. "Finally some luck..." He said lightly as he began to read the page over. Though there was nothing that would help...until he read the last quote...

'If he or she of royal blood breaks the bond of prewed bliss by sleeping or bedding with another the contract and all worth becomes powerless if the spouse of the cheater wishes it so'

That was an interesting tidbit...but at the same time the thought came to him of how he was going to get his bride to be Symera to cheat on him. That was when his ears dipped back as he thought of it. The female hardly left his side and when she did she had studies and training of her own. So with that the thought went right out the window.

Rubbing his eyes he closed the tomb before he sighed and stood from his spot. Cracking his neck he moved around the table and began to leave the room though he paused a moment on his way as he peered into a mirror on the wall. His eyes were dull and sunken in leaving large dark bags on pale skin. Such was the face of a king to be he guessed.

The elven had alot of things they liked to keep a tradition of and this was one of them. He trained and trained and trained and when he was done with that he meditated or read. There was no sleep or actual rest his mind was constantly going.

Sighing he left the study and began to walk for the one place he was aloud to sit and relax. The home tree had many things it liked to keep from the view of people. One of them were spirit pools. A pool of clear pure water that was to be a pathway from this world to the next or vice versa. The first time Mizuki found the pool he meerly sat there in the cool area and meditated free of everyone.

Mizuki never had an experiance that some claim to have. No it was just a place that brought peace to him in this time of need. So with that thought he headed from the study to the pool on slow moving feet.

Thalion all but stiffened as the male before him spoke. He hadn't seen him from when he was a young child, very young. Maybe the last time he recalled seeing him was when he was four or five? But everyone said he was going mad at the time or something. He didn't understand back then and he still acted normal to him till the day he just vanished and everyone said he had been killed or died or the other random stories they made up.

"Why? Why bother to contact me now after all these years. Hell you walked off and left." Thalion snapped at the spirit who seemed unmoved by the sudden rage in Thalion's voice. "It takes time to appear like this let alone speak... and if I had appeared sooner would you have listened?" Zaffren had a point. No he probably would have looked the other way and never would have bothered even yelling at him.

"The rumors were true you know, I did end up killing myself. Before you say anything there were reasons and ones that you know well." Thalion huffed a bit standing there. "Why tell me? Theres no fix for it and it'll happen sooner or later -" "There is a fix."

Thats when Thalion stopped for a moment watching the other. "Why didn't you do it then?! You left us all to die. Everything went to hell after you left the capital fell and-" "And if I had stayed nothing would change." Thalion glared at his former father before speaking again. "Change? What the hell has changed? The city is still run by a tyrant who wants nothing better then to see everyone who opposes her dead. nothing has changed. It got worse."

"Nothing had changed yet..." He started before explaining what he meant. "Things will change. If I had stayed and that night the raid was halted you would have been raised in the city and you would not be here right now. You know very well where you would have been by this age." Thalion looked way from Zaffren for a moment knowing he had a point.

"I spoke with a number of seer's before I made my choice to leave. I knew how many would die that night and that you were not going to be one of them. Someday you would have to go back and see what things were. It's been weighing heavily on your mind even if you try to keep such thoughts to yourself." Thalion seemed to stay quiet as the other went on explaining all of this.

"That still doesn't tell me what the cure is or what stops the damned curse." Zaffren smiled a bit at the mention of it. "You heard a voice the last time you were in the city... I think you know what that voice was. I also think I don't need to say more." Thalion shook his head at the thought of it. "You can't be serious, if thats all it took was a bonding process then-" "It would have been done years ago? Yes and no, the bonding process requires the egg to choose its owner. Most royals did not have the will that the eggs sought."

Thalion cursed under his breath at the idea of it. "Well that sucks!" He finally said. "The vault is in the castle... Besides that even if this worked that still changes nothing." Zaffren shook his head a little. "You'll have to see now won't you?" "Tsk.. you and your riddles... "

Though hearing the footsteps get ever closer seemed to cut this meeting to a end as Zaffren spoke once more. "don't give up, you chose the path before you so follow it." Though Thalion half ignored whoever was walking this way as he cursed the spirit once more. "To hell with your advice!" Though about that time he turned and stopped where he was seeing Mizuki was who had been walking.

It was almost strange to see the other after three weeks of not being allowed near him. He had such doubting thoughts like what they had could be replaced and what if they failed. He wasn't even sure that he could bring himself to move at the moment with his mind all over the place. Between what he just found out and everything else going on. He just wanted things to be normal again.

Mizuki had kept his words to himself as he walked the halls to the back garden. Even as others addressed him he just nodded and kept moving. His foot falls soon fell on the pathway that was needed to lead him to the pool. Mizuki was thinking alot about what the tomb had said. Half of his mind wanted to go and tell the queen that the contract was void along time ago. Then the other half begged him not to in fears of what would happen to Thalion.

Mizuki sighed as he rounded a corner and continued to walk. There was so many things that he wanted to change. He wanted nothing more then to go just go back in time before any of this happened. If he could he would of killed that prick that brought him here when he had the chance to. If only he had slit that pale throat and taken his first life. That thought along with many clouded his mind.

Turning another bend he looked up as he began to hear a voice. Mizuki was thinking if he should turn around and leave his for another time though as he got closer the sound of the voice became one that he knew. Coming to the clearing Mizuki stopped as his thoughts were right.

Before him stood Thalion catching the male just as he turned. Though both of them stopped and stood there just staring at each other. Mizuki knew the thoughts going through both of their minds. If what they were seeing was actually the other male infront of him or if it was a dream the mind decided to give.

Blinking Mizuki took a step closer as the image didnt leave "Thalion..." He said lightly to the male and as the pissed expression of Thalion left Mizuki moved. All but jumping on the male Mizuki rapped his arms around Thalion as he hid his head in the males neck. Mizuki was glad as there was no hesitation form Thalion as those arms rapped around him just as fast.

Mizuki held on for dear life as he just stood there hugging the male before him. It had been three weeks since he had last seen the male and it tore at his heart. Pulling back Mizuki looked into those ember orbs before he closed the distance and kissed the male. He could care less who came at this moment. The thought of the kiss had been something Mizuki had wanted to do for the longest time. He now had the moment to do it so thats what he did.

He was almost thinking that neither of them were going to move. That or he had really lost it finally and he was seeing things. It was possible with the stress on his mind for this long of a period. He had been trying daily to figure some way to get all of this to just go away or go in their favor.

Though after a moment Mizuki spoke was when he was certain it wasn't him going crazy.. well then again the last image spoke as well. But still! After a second Mizuki moved and nearly tackled him in a hug. Though he was glad one of them moved finally as he hugged the other in return. Both sides not wanting to let go.

Mizuki hardly looked well though he probably didn't look much better as he had been trying to figure out anything. Something to help Mizuki but nothing that was logical came to light. Kissing the other in return he wanted nothing more then to just hold Mizuki there and keep him there. Though he knew this would not last long and sooner or later someone would come looking for Mizuki.

"By the goddess I missed you... I swear if it weren't for the fact I keep thinking something will go right I might have slaughtered a few dozen of the damned guards here." He said before kissing him again still holding him close. Though if someone came around this area he might get his wish on that.

"Mizuki.. " He started before looking down and shaking his head a little. "I'm failing heh... I've tried everything that I could think of and .. " He stopped holding onto the other tighter. "I'm not going to lose you... I can't the past few weeks have been a nightmare and one that I know is real."

The grip was tight but Mizuki would have it no other way. He needed to know the male was before him and that he was not having a dream like he had before. Often he would come from meditation with Thalions face burned into the back of his mind. He thought it was a dream that would vanish if he let go so all he could do was hold tighter.

The kiss was long and heated both parties needing the contact. It was not until the need for air came that they broke apart and even then their arms never moved as they held each other. This was when Mizuki looked right into Thalions eyes as the male spoke "By the goddess I missed you... I swear if it weren't for the fact I keep thinking something will go right I might have slaughtered a few dozen of the damned guards here."

Mizuki almost laughed at that. He knew of Thalions temper and he was shocked that there had been no reports of the male attacking some one. That was weird to Mizuki but at the same time he knew it would put things to a hault around them. Though that was only a fleeting thought in his mind. No the main thing was the fact that Thalion had told him he was missed. It pained and yet filled his heart with joy at the same time but he didnt have time to think on it as he was pulled into another kiss.

After the kiss ended Mizuki listened to Thalion as he spoke saying that he was failing. The hurt and pain in the males voice made his ears dip back and his face became sad "You are not failing..you could never fail me" He said with a little smile. This was when Thalion continued to speak and Mizuki shook his head a little. "You will never loose me" He said lightly "I will fight the gods themselves if need be" He said before giving Thalion another kiss.

After a moment or to he pulled back again "I have searched and searched tomb and scrolls alike" He said "The only way out of this is to either die or adultery" He said with a frown "And neither of those are going to happen" He said "All though I have half a mind to go to that bitch and tell her that contract was broken along time ago" He said with a little wiggle of his hips and a soft smile to Thalion.

"Heh.. you might need to." He said with a weak laugh as Mizuki said he would fight the gods. At the rate they were going it seemed the higher beings were against them at every turn. Nothing seemed to go right for them. Right when things went right things went and did a turn for the worse.

Though when Mizuki spoke again of the ways that they could get out of this it was hardly reassuring. "Yeah... your not allowed to die... I think I'd just kill half the guards here for the damn hell they keep putting us through just to get places." The other was very unlikely though he did smirk a little as Mizuki said he was tempted to tell her that had been done a while ago.

Kissing Mizuki again he moved a little before biting his lip lightly and whispering near his ear soon after. "Now... we both know your innocent you've not done a thing before." He teased a little moving a hand to Mizuki's hip and resting it there for a moment before biting his ear lightly.

The last thing they needed was for a mark to be on him and the Queen have a excuse to think that 'Drow', as she seemed to refuse to use names, were behind it. After a moment he moved a little before pushing Mizuki against a tree that was near as he moved from his ear down to his neck kissing it lightly. His other hand moving to the front of Mizuki's robes before moving them enough so he could rest a hand against skin. "Surprised they let their future king run around in something that can come off so easily.."

Mizuki listened to Thalion as he spoke about how was not allowed to die. Well at least he agreed with the male on that one. He didnt want to die and the very thought of it made his stomach turn. No he wanted to stay very much alive. Though those thoughts ended as another kiss came and a light nibble on the lip before Thalion moved his head. Hot breath ghosted over a pale pointed ear as he spoke "Now... we both know your innocent you've not done a thing before." He almost laughed at that but the hand on the hip then the nip at his ear made him loose all of his thoughts.

Growling lightly Mizuki didnt protest as he was moved and pushed into a near by tree. Watching Thalion his eyes dipped low as he gave another growl feeling the males lips move from his ear down to his neck. Moving his head back he rested it on the tree giving Thalion more of his neck for the kisses to be placed.

After a moment he felt that hand again though instead of it finding a hip it moved through the layers of his robes until it rested on pale skin. The contact of that warm hand against his stomach made his breath hitch though he couldnt help the little moan that left his lips as Thalion spoke "Surprised they let their future king run around in something that can come off so easily.." his words drifted over a pointed ear in a low tone.

Mizuki moved his arms and put them around Thalions shoulders before he moved his head back down and turned it so his mouth rested on that of a dark pointed ear "Hhhmmmm it was my choice..." He said lightly "With the thoughts of meeting you...some where...alone...who could resist?" He asked lightly as he licked a pointed ear as well as bringing a leg up and curling it around Thalions back forcing the male closer to him.

As he did so the not on his robes began to loosen before they slid apart. Each layer of his robes separating until one side fell down and hung from his upper body. Loose fitting pants just managing to stay on from the upraised leg showed a defined pale pelvic bone. "Besides that..." Mizuki said with a little growl "Why would you be complaining...?" He asked lightly swiping his tongue over a pointed ear once more before pulling back and resting his head into the tree behind him he meerly looked to Thalion with half lidded lust and wanting eyes.

Really he was glad that Mizuki wasn't protesting. He had a slight fear that Mizuki might push away if things went too far out of fear that something could happen. Even if someone caught them at this point Thalion hardly cared. They had been keeping him from Mziuki for over three weeks and for the moment he had the one person he cared the most about.

"Your choice.. they give you those still?" He laughed slightly seeing as they had been keeping Mizuki more then busy and the rest of them as well. Though he closed his eyes as Mizuki continued on saying his reasons. He couldn't help but smirk a little at them. "You were counting on meeting me alone hrm? Well... seems you got your wish." Even if they didn't have all the time they would have probably liked it wasn't a point in rushing things. No he was going to enjoy this and he knew Mizuki would as well.

Kissing the others neck lightly once more before nipping it but not hard enough to even leave a red mark he listened to Mizuki talk again. "Oh I'm not complaining. Not in the least.." Though when he felt the others tongue he shivered a little as Mizuki pulled back and looked at him. The daunting thought on his mind this could still be the last time they have together. No they would pull through this. Even if they had to mention that things were broken a while ago. He knew Mizuki didn't go to her already with this information out of worrying for him. Who knew what the Queen would do if such information was brought to light.

Either way even with them knowing that Mizuki couldn't stay forever they still took their time about everything. Maybe trying to memorize as much as they could not knowing how long of a wait they would have to go through again. They did seem to have some luck as no one bothered them, no one even seemed to come to this area. Maybe they had found somewhere they could meet once in a while if their training or slave workers allowed it.

Panting he just stood there still keeping Mizuki pressed against the tree and partly holding himself up in the process. For now he rested his head against the other's shoulder not wanting to leave or move for that matter but he knew they had to. Better to keep this a secret for now till things were worked out.. they had to work out.

"Mizuki.." He started before kissing the other's neck listening to the heavy breaths for a moment. "I love you.. no matter what happens." Even if they failed to get him out of this arrangement he wouldn't leave the other's side. Though he hoped that they did not have to keep doing this for the rest of their days. Sneaking off just to get time together.. It pained him to think about as he held onto Mizuki a little tighter for a moment.

Mizuki panted as he leaned there into the tree. He was greatfull for Thalions arms around him at the moment as he borrowed some of his balance for he had lost his. Sighing lightly he moved his head a little as he felt the kiss. Though this was when Thalion began to speak "Mizuki.." He started before Mizuki felt the lips on his neck again "I love you.. no matter what happens."

Those words stung his heart. With his ears dipping back his eyes swelled as he looked to the tree covered sky above them. Though it was not until Thalion gave that tighter hug that they fell from cloudy sad eyes. Mizuki couldnt help it anymore. The thought that this was going to be the last time he could be in Thalions arms or the last time he could hear those words struck him and hard.

Breaking down Mizuki rapped his arms around Thalion as he began to cry. Everything that had been building over the days just came crashing down in his mind and the damn broke. No longer was he able to keep the tears back or the sobs and shutters. No, everything came at once as he shook and cried into the males shoulder.

"What...what if this is it?" Mizuki said with a hiccup "What if this...is the last time...that...that..." Though he couldnt continue. No the thought crushed his heart and darkened his soul. Mizuki had grown to love Thalion and the connection was deeper then he first thought. So the idea of loosing the male was something that tore his heart.

After a few moments Mizuki started to cry. Though it was the words that hurt really. It was thoughts they both had but Thalion refused to accept them. He kept holding Mizuki close till the other managed to finish what he was trying to say. If Thalion wasn't still furious at this whole situation he might be just as torn up as Mizuki. In a way he was.. he just held emotions back more.


Hey.. don't say that. No matter what happens." He smiled weakly at the thought. "Even if I have to go raise a army just to get you out of here O swear this isn't the last.." It couldn't be. Out of everything they had been through so far for it to just to end here? With no say or any way around it? No he refused to accept that.

He moved a little before gently moving a hand to Mizuki's face to wipe the tears that were still falling. "Stop that.. I'm not giving you up just because of something someone says. I made my mind up on that a while ago and I refuse to change it now." Even if he had to go to the Queen herself and say that the marriage is void and deal with whatever she thought she could do he would. But that was a last resort.

"We'll think of something. We've made it through everything else." He had a point. They had to think of something anything... The gods surely couldn't hate them this much. "We still have time before that wedding.. one that I don't plan on letting happen." Or he hoped wouldn't. But they were running out of time.

Mizuki couldnt help the tears that fell even as Thalion moved and lifted his head they fell. Dark fingers lightly whiped the tears away from pale cheeks as Thalion spoke again "I swear...when we get out of this..." He said looking right into Thalions eyes "I will merry you...so this...any of this will never happen again" He said lightly "The little thought of loosing you and my world dies..." He said with a shiver "I...cant...I refuse to loose you" He said leaning down and kissing Thalion again.

Pulling back Mizuki sighed "As much as I dont want to leave...You know I have to..." He said in a pained whimper as he felt Thalions arms around him tightened once more. Though they loosened after awhile before Thalion stepped back.

Mizuki hissed a little as he moved and cracked his back. Putting his pants on he did his robes once more. Walking up to Thalion Mizuki smiled a little "Things will get better...they have to" He said slightly "Time is the one thing we need...though we dont have much of it...." Mizuki said dipping his head down.

Looking back to Thalion he gave a little smile "I love you...with all my heart and soul" He said. Raising a hand he placed it on Thalions cheek rubbing it lightly with his thumb "You are my world...with out you I die.." He said lightly before he turned and began to walk away. As he did he brushed his hand along his cheek "...and you know how I fear death..." He said lightly before he walked away and left Thalion alone. Ss his heart broke a little more Mizuki dipped his head as his feet picked up speed until he all but ran from that place.

What did Mizuki just say? He was kidding right? He looked at the other almost in disbelieve he said that. Not that he was against the idea but he just wasn't expecting something like that. "Well we have to get through this first don't we?" He was being serious wasn't he? He wasn't sure if he should be happy or not seeing as they might not get that chance.

He sighed a little finally stepping back a little. "I know... it's only a matter of time before someone worries you've run off.." He paused a little before smirking. "Or that I decided to go on a random killing spree according to the guards. I think they started taking bets on it." It was funny a bit though it was all he could do to keep from thinking they might not get to see each other like this for a while.

He sighed a little after redressing himself and leaning against the tree a little. "Things better.. not sure how much longer I can stand being glared at for breathing." Least they didn't treat Neimi like that. He had asked her cause he wasn't going to just let them be cruel to her just because she was with them.

He placed a hand over the one Mizuki placed on his cheek. "I know... I love you too.. just as much." He said before moving his head and kissing the hand a lightly before letting him go. Though after Mizuki left and Thalion stayed leaning against the tree. It's all he could do for the moment as he shook his head after a while. They had to fix this.

He couldn't see Mizuki like this every time they met. Something had to give or change. This wedding could not happen or Mizuki might die.. internally at the least. He'd have no will left would he? Either way after a few moments he finally moved from the tree and started walking. Him mind weighing heavily on a lot of things. When did everything become complicated.

After that moment the time ticked on again and it was back to the same thing. Never seeing any of the people he cared for. Never seeing Thalion. The time grew into days and that day went to a weeks. Now two weeks had past and Mizukis mind was starting to get to him. He was slowly starting to believe that this was the way things were going to be.

Shaking his head he sighed a little "Again" He heard before him as he looked up to the elder before him. This is how the last two weeks had been. He didnt sleep nor he hardly ate as he stood there and casted spell after spell the only moment he paused was to meditate to regain what energy he could.

Mizuki had heard no news of his group besides how training was going. Neimi had learned basic healing and was half way through advanced. Every report he had gotten about Damien had been the same. The male didnt try and nor did he seem to care. Thalion was smithing and learning as well as teaching. The queen seemed to be interested in the ways he reflected spells and over time he was more and more freedoms. It was funny to Mizuki in a way.

"Again..." He heard before him and Mizuki growled "Fine" He said before he cast the spell again. Before him the fire flickered. Within the flames grew an image. An elven male stood proud and free and tall. Then out of no where an arrow lashed and struck the male in the heart. The image of the elven male fell and with it a cloud above the fire formed until it rained and put the fire out. From the puddle grew a plant that wound and reached high into the sky.

Panting Mizuki stopped "Thats all your getting old man" He said with a hiss before moving back a little. He was shakey and didnt know if he would be able to continue. The old man nodded his head "Soon we start on the attacking aspect of that spell young lord" He said before turning and leaving the room he had been in.

Sighing to himnself Mizuki cracked his neck. "I swear if I have to out up with an other old fool I will kill myself" He said to no one as he left the study and headed for a place to relax. Right away he knew of the place where where he was going to go. It had been a place where he had tried many times to run into Thalion again in hopes of seeing the male. Though it would seem that things were tougher again. Though he didnt think of that as he headed for the spirit pool.

Two weeks and once more he had been without seeing hide nor hair of Mizuki. He swore at times they must keep him locked away in some room just to make sure none of them saw him. Like they were a distraction or something. If only they knew... Mizuki might be more willing to train if they would leave everyone go about things as they should.

None the less he still kept his head down and tried to avoid causing any further trouble. What bothered him most was that time was running out and he hardly had any free time to speak of. After last week he started pushing himself a little more at the least with bringing up he knew something this master smith didn't earned him some freedoms. Like today.. the elder smith was trying to go over something in a design the two of them had been working on.

Of course this meant Thalion hardly touched any magic training but he had his reasons and at the moment they were not important in the least. No today damn it was going to be a good day. He knew Mizuki went to that small pool every chance he got. It saddened him knowing this and being unable to go seek the other out.

Though this was when the sudden silence was broken by Damien speaking up. It was still early in the morning and this was the little bit of time the three of them got together. Normally it was spent listening to Neimi ramble on, though it was funny. Or a few times Damien cursed being rather out of character for him at how tired he was of playing a fool as far as combat went. Acting like he knew nothing of combat and that he was learning something when he cared little and could have danced circles around the one trying to teach him.

Though he had mentioned that there had been a slight change in who was instructing. He never spoke of who. He seemed to be ready to explain that today as he cleared his throat a little. "Mi'lord.. I might have a solution to lord Mizuki's problem.." He started as Thalion looked at him before leaning back a little.

Given the clear he spoke again not flinching once or missing a beat. "I bedded lady Sateeva." Thlaion half choked a little at just out straight forward he was with this as he coughed trying to get his breath back. "You - what? When ? Let alone how did-" There he went asking a hundred questions at once again. Damien explained still never faltering once as he did so.

Lady Sateeva had been trying to help train or rather learn a blade. After a few days watching this painful display he started working with her while keeping his cover of being a unskilled fighter. Things sort of lead from one to another and this happened. Thalion stood up once the story was through. "Thats- this... I don't know if I should be angry with you or not. This is not going to go over well but by the goddess Mizuki needs to know this."

It was true he wasn't sure if he should be mad or not. Not that Damien wasn't a noble no not by a long shot he was the second highest noble house in the city. But he knew that things would not be settled just like that but it may buy them some time. In a way it was grand that this happened, though now he feared what they would do to Damien or lady Sateeva for that matter... something told him pulling his rank might come very soon to prevent anything from going out of hand.

Leaving the other two he left the area and traveled to where the forgotten pool was. Please let him be there was his main thought, the others that were on his mind was what trouble this was going to cause now. But that could wait for the moment. Not first he wanted to tackle Mizuki and say that hope was not lost.

It took a while but he finally made it to where that pool was. Though he was expecting Mizuki not to be there. Whatever reason the gods seemed to smile on them today as the other was standing there. As soon as Mizuki had turned around Thalion had already moved over to where he was and hugged him spinning once. "Stop looking like the world is going to end love."

Though Mizuki probably was hardly expecting such a greeting though there was good cause for it as he finally let the other go so he could tell him the news. "Though I'm honestly not sure if I should be happy or cry that we're going to have to deal with more issues but thats beside the point at the moment." Mizuki was still confused as he asked what was going on or what had happened.

"It seems your future wife has chosen another." Mizuki seemed to understand what he had meant but still asked for how or what happened. From there Thalion explained that apparently Damien had been working with the woman that the Queen wished to marry Mizuki. Things sort of lead themselves from there.

"Thats enough to void your marriage is it not? Might still be having a marriage just not with a pair that everyone was counting on." Though he wasn't sure what Damien's intentions were, though he seemed like he was going to own up to what happened. Knowing him he probably talked everything out with the woman long before they did anything that far.

At the same time he doubted things were just going to be that easy. No there was going to be something else in the way for sure. Now the question was what it was and how the Queen would take this news.

Mizuki had been standing there for quite some time just gazing into the clear water of the pool. He was not expecting anyone to show, there was a hope that Thalion would come but he knew the chances were slim to none. They had been doing their best to keep Mizuki from the group he came with and it bothered him to no end. How was he going to get out of this? There had to be a way but the gods seemed to hate him...or at least this was his thinking.

The longer Mizuki stood there the less hopefull he got of seeing the one person he wanted to though the fates seemed to grant him at least that as he heard footsteps. Turning just in time he saw Thalion come into view though a smile still didnt grace his lips. No he was expecting the same great yet sad encounter that they had the last time and that right there made Mizuki sad.

This however was when Thalion came to him faster then Mizuki thought. Before he knew how to react Thalion had his arms rapped around him and he was spun before Thalion spoke "Stop looking like the world is going to end love." How could Thalion say something like that? The world had already pretty much ended as it was. There was no hope that things would get better...he had lost that along time ago.

"Its hard..." He said softly with ears dipped back. Though this was when Thalion decided to speak up and Mizuki listened. Happy or cry? What on earth was Thalion speaking of? This was when the male continued to explain what he meant after Mizuki asked some questions.

So...it would seem that the one unlikely thing that needed to happen happened. Mizuki was not sure if that was a strike of good or a strike of bad. Though with that came the thought that he no longer had to merry the female. That thought along put a smile on Mizukis face. The first smile to show on his lips since they had reached the capital.

Mizuki was happy for the first time in a while as he rapped his arms around the male and kissed him with all the love and longing he had before pulling back "Oh by the gods I knew he was good for something" Mizuki said looking at Thalion with the littlest of laughs. "We need to tell the queen.." Mizuki began but he stopped "But..." He said in a moment "We need to do this at the right time" He said lightly.

"If we go to her now alone it could be something that we regret" Mizuki said with a little frown and it was true. Going to the queen alone was asking for a cell and chains until said queen believed the word of the two males or until proof was given to her. No they needed a plan and Mizuki was sure he had one. "A great ball is being prepared" Mizuki said "Within the next two weeks" He said lightly. "All the nobles and royal families are coming to...view their new king" He said with a little shiver at the thought of it.

He was to be shown off like a prized pet and it made him feel things he didnt want to explain. "We will have a room of people to do it infront of...not only that but the likely hood of the queen throwing the future king in a jail cell infront of all those people is a slim one" He said with a little tilt of his head. Mizuki leaned down and kissed the male before him "We had to of gotten some luck along the road..." He said as he pulled back.

However this was when Thalion brought up the point of why they needed to wait that long. Mizuki sighed a little as he pushed himself back from Thalion a little "You know me...everything happens for a reason Thalion" Mizuki said to him with a little sad smile "As much as it pains my soul to be away from you like this it is needed for me to do what is needed to be done" He said with a nod of his head. Mizuki needed train, he needed to learn his families secrets and he was getting close to everything.

"I need to learn these spells Thalion..." Mizuki said to him as his ears dipped back "I want to...No. I need to" He said with a little smile on his lips. There were some spells that he had not even touched yet and they were the ones he wanted to learn most of all. "Give me this little time..." He said as he took a step forward and back into Thalions arms. Closing his eyes half way he smiled a little "I promise to make it worth your while..." He said with a smirk before moving a little and kissing the males neck before giving it a swift bite. Just because he couldnt have marks meant nothing for Thalion.

"eh he has his uses. Kinda still in shock and nearly died choking to death on water this morning but you know.." Heck Damien had served the royal family for years, it was strange to think that he of all people would be the reason why Mizuki was saved from all of this. Though he was grateful but at the same time he feared that the two involved were in danger if things didn't go exactly right either.

"Heh... I almost feel sorry for Damien. Thats a hell of a way to make that public..." He would not wish to trade places that was for certain. Though knowing Damien.. odds were he's take it all in stride without sweating a bit of it. "At the least they can't do anything to him.. I hope.. not like he's a commoner or anything. His house is the second highest ranking noble house." So it wasn't like his name wasn't respected. Just the time they had spent here he had kept his last name to himself or used a decoy one and had kept any skills well hidden.

Though he did protest to having to wait that long, things would be cutting it close by then and he was going to be on razor edges that something would go wrong in the process of it all. Though listening to Mizuki he understood why the other was doing what he was doing and waiting. He couldn't really blame Mizuki for wanting to know and learn what he could for now.

"Well.. hurry up and learn something cause I'm really getting sick of watching these guards look at me like they want a excuse to try something." He huffed a little before thinking about it. "Granted it would be their mistake..." Though he was cut off as Mizuki stepped forward a little feeling him kiss his neck. Though thats not where the gasp came from it was the bite that followed.

"Worth my while huh.. better be. I got better treatment from Needren and Luna then I have here." he was joking but it was almost close. If they added in daily beatings or something it would be able equal. He let out a uneasy breath before pulling Mizuki closer to him. "After all of this is over.. did you mean what you said before?"

He had been thinking over it and it had been on his mind. Mizuki stating that he would make sure something like this couldn't happen again. He still wasn't sure what he felt about such a bold statement. His mind kept going back to what his father had said and that change needed to happen. Also to follow what path he had started... to admit that scared wasn't the proper word for it was a understatement.

Mizuki almsot laughed as the male spoke before him. "It couldnt be that bad..." He sated with a little smile. Mizuki had seen the work that was left on Thalions body the day he helped the male escape and right now he looked nothing like that. Mizuki listened to the male speak before the kiss and he almost made a noise himself the moment that gasp left Thalions lips. It was rare for the male before him to make any noise when it came down to moments like these but when they did happen he loved them.

After that though Mizuki stopped as Thalion spoke asking if what he had meant. It took Mizuki a little until he realized what the male was talking about. "Yes..." Mizuki said as his ears dipped back and he dipped his head "I did...I meant it all" He said lightly. "My life would be nothing without you" Mizuki explained looking at Thalion again with his ears dipped all the way down.

Though as Thalion didnt move Mizuki began to have second thoughts. Moving back from the male he stopped. Now everything that had been in Mizukis mind all halted to this one moment. Had he gone to far in what he had said? Or did the male before him not love him to the extent that he thought? Either way it was troubling him and he knew he showed it. "I..." Mizuki stopped thought "...Im sorry..." He said moving to turn away and leave.

He knew the answer he was going to get from the question. He just.. he just needed to hear it aloud. He had no idea why he asked when he knew the answer. It seemed like a waste of time. Maybe he was working on how he was suppose to react to such bold claim. The idea that no one could come between them if Mizuki had been serious about what he said.

Though after Mizuki answered Thalion seemed to get quiet. Though out of anyone Mizuki should know better then to read into this little moment of silence. Not right away at the least. It wasn't till Mizuki started moving away and said sorry that it dawned on him that the other read what he was doing at the moment wrong. Very wrong.

Though he didn't let Mizuki get far before grabbing him and pulling him close again. "Sorry for what?" He shook his head a little at the thought that Mizuki had to be sorry for anything. "I just.. heh.. wasn't expecting things to happen so quickly is all." Wow that wasn't helping his case any now was it? "I'm the one who should be saying sorry.. here you're probably thinking that I don't feel the same or that I don't want things to go that far." Hardly the case, yep expressing things still needed to be worked on a bit.

"Once all of this is over then.. if you still wanted to." He seemed to hesitate a little but thats because he was still worried something would go wrong. "Before the war ends even if you wanted." Though he figured Mizuki planned on that, maybe as a just in case... though he really didn't want to think about what happened if they didn't make it through the battle against the human tyrant.

As he stepped back Mizuki had that fear. The fear that he he had read into everything wrong. The fact that Thalion brought it up was one thing but the fact that he continued to speak saying that it happened quickly he doubted himself even more. Was he pushing the male away by trying to keep him close? Even as he was grabbed he maybe have struggled a little in the grasp but not enough to actually get free. It was a weak attempt to get away.

Mizuki however paused his struggles and movements as Thalion spoke again "I'm the one who should be saying sorry.. here you're probably thinking that I don't feel the same or that I don't want things to go that far." Well yes that was his exact thinking. Not everyday you bare part of your soul to another and declare your love yet alone the fact that you wanted to spend the rest of your life with the same one you confessed your love to. So when the reply was hesitated or delayed whos mind wouldnt go to the dark side of things?

It was not until Thalion continued to speak that Mizuki even looked to him again "If I wanted..." He said lightly though with that thought came a little growl. Moving back again he looked to Thalion once more though this time he had glare on his face "If I wanted...what about what you want Thalion?" He asked as he turned his head to the side. "If you didnt want something to happen...who am I to force it on you.." He asked a little.

Shaking his head Mizuki growled again before he moved away from Thalion more "What I want shouldnt matter" He said "I never wanted to come here...I never wanted to fight, to learn to...anything" He said with a growl. "The one thing I wanted in my life...was you Thalion" He said "You were the first thing I have ever set my mind on that I wanted...no that I needed..." He said "And here you are before me telling me that you will merry me...if I wanted..." He said with a shake of his head.

Moving back a little more from Thalion he growled again "No Thalion." He stated "Not this time...not with the one thing that I do want...though it seems I can not have...not now at least" He said with a shake of his head "This about what you want for a change...if you do not want it...whhy do it?" He asked with a growl before he all but ran from the male. Mizuki needed tome to think and the only way he was going to do that was far away from the male that his thoughts seemed to be around.

Well it seems his tongue had cursed him once more. Mizuki seemed to take how he worded this very wrong as the other seemed to go off almost right away. No he had not meant it like the other took it. It wasn't that he didn't want it. He wanted to almost scream at Mizuki but the other just kept going on. His ears went back a little listening to him go on about what about what he wanted.

It was true what Mizuki said, Thalion never really thought about what he wanted. Though he did know that he wanted this... even if Mizuki didn't take his word for it. The fighting was because of various reasons, ones that Mizuki didn't even know yet and if he had a say in things he wouldn't have to know. Not till they were an longer a issue.

Though before he could explain himself or say anything Mizuki suddenly ran off. He had tied to stop him but came up a little short on grabbing him before he got too far. He had to catch himself from running after him. Yeah that wouldn't look odd in the least. Their future king running from a Drow a they would put it. He stepped back a little before looking down. This was all wrong..

Though thats when he thought about what Mizuki said and he started walking off to the one place he knew he could do something in order to change this. Mizuki would never just accept words and he had a week and a half to make what he felt not be just mere words to Mizuki. He half feared that if he failed that Mizuki might just marry the woman no matter what had happened. It was almost a sickening feeling that if he lost Mizuki now after everything.. it was his fault.

He didn't spend much time in the mornings or evenings with the other two. No he had other tasks he needed to work on and finish before anything worse happened. Something he had been toying with the idea of from when Mizuki first mentioned it. Though he didn't think it mattered right away not till things were cleared up. But nw he found himself with a lack of time and trying to finish something that had to be perfect or he wouldn't accept it himself.

The week and a half went by and it was the early evening hours about now. Ir was still before the ball but the whole area buzzed about it. Mizuki had not tried to contact Thalion this whole time and that worried him but he was determined to go through with his plan. He had spent the full time almost working tirelessly on what he wanted to present to Mizuki. The item that had been made first was in the bottom of the box inside of its own smaller box for safe keeping. A ring that had taken a bit of work to get the size right though he was positive it was right.

No he was positive that all of the sizes of everything was perfect. Every last detail was perfect and he had pretty much worn himself out in the process of making the armor set. Light armor, replacing what Mizuki normally wore to battle but it probably weighed less then his current items. Not only that but he had worked in the spell resistance to the metal as well. Though it was the details that most would even notice. Everything screamed Mizuki down to the last and smallest detail.

The ring was gold with white gold details. In the center was a stone similar if not identical in color to the one he wore on his neck all of the time. Oh the strings he had to pull for the stones in the full set. Though if things all went well then he could easily pay back his debt for them once things in his own city were settled. But this was the more important matter at hand.

Even the armor had stones in them, though they shared the color they held different properties. It was part of what him and the elder smith had been working on. Perfecting the spell warding properties of the stones in the armor so it effected the user and the material itself.

None the less he finished putting the last piece in the box before closing it. Now it was the task of getting the box to Mizuki. Though after meeting up with Neimi she said she had just been to see Mizuki. They seemed to be allowing him visitors on the eve of his wedding. Though she questioned Thalion as she said Mizuki seemed distant. Something he said would wait till later as sooner or later the ball would start and he wanted the time to do this right.

The guards of course had to inspect the box, what did they think was the purpose of a box.. though they didn't notice the smaller box tucked inside thankfully. either way they just thought it was a gift for the future king so they hardly said more about it before letting Thalion enter the room after getting Mizuki's permission for a visitor.

Though he wasn't sure after entering the room if Mizuki cared to see him or not either way he set the box on the table in the room. "I'll take the silence as a cue to leave." He said before stepping back fro the box a little and starting to turn to do just that. It was up to Mizuki now if he still chose not to bother with the box or anything in it so be it. Really or stopping him from walking out the door now either.

After what had happened with Thalion Mizuki had lost all his will. He did his training and his studies just like he had before. Only this time he fully put his mind to his work. He needed something, anything to keep his mind from straying to Thalion. Though that was a hard task to say the least. It was hard but it needed to be done.

As the days went on Mizuki began thinking about things. He half thought if he should merry this female. Mizuki sighed a little to himself as he stood in the room. It was the night of the ball and the day he supposed to bring the queen to the attention of the void contract. Though he was not sure if now after everything Thalion would object. That thought right there hurt his heart more then he could explain to even himself.

The entire day had been a blur. Everything was preparing for this or needing to do that. Half of the day was meerly him getting ready for the evening. The hair took the most time out of it all. Long strands in the front were braided into tiny braids then woven and weaved through two larger ongs that circled his head. These combined then fell down the back of his head where the rest of his hair hung loose, brushing the backs of his thighs.

Jewels of his house color pinned his hair in place. Golden hoops and studs of jewels and chains hung from his ears from tip to base. The skin still red from the newly placed holes. Royal robes dressed his chest. White silk was adorned with falling flowers that flows down along the bottom. Pants in the same fashion led down to softly cloth clad feet. He was a sight to see.

Sighing Mizuki moved from the desk before there was a knock at the door. The visitors was anything from nobles coming to the ball to other royal families. All of them coming to see the future king. It made Mizuki feel sick that even though no one knew his name or where he came from they all just praised him.

The first to see him was Niemi. The first time he had seen the female since thy got here and with how Mizuki was it felt as though she was just another stranger come to greet the king. He barely said anything to the female as she went on and asked him questions. He said a fair goodbye to her though as the guard came in to remove her "Goodbye Neimi..." He said lightly with a little bow of his head and he watched the sadness cross her face as she left.

From there more came and went and by the time the ball creeped closer he was expecting no one else. However he was wrong as a knock came to the door causing Mizuki to sigh deeply. He was sick of the meet and greet of these nobles. Mizuki was half tempted to tell them no more though something nagged at the back of his mind telling him one more. "Enter" He said moving and turning towards the door though as he did he stopped as his heart skipped a beat.

There stood Thalion. The male was clothed in the royal colors. Light reds and browns filled the outfit Thalion wore making the male stand out. Though the hair was still the same and for some reason Mizuki wouldnt have it any other way. As the male moved in and placed the larger box on the table Mizuki said nothing. What could he say in all reality? It was not until Thalion went to move that Mizuki knew he had to say something.

"Do you still love me?" Was the only thing he asked. After everything that had happened over the months he knew the strain was thick with them. Then after the last meeting a week and a half ago Mizuki had alot of dark things running through his mind. The one biggest question he had was the one he just asked. He wanted, No. Mizuki needed an answer to that question.

After everything that had happened he had to ask that? Thalion almost wanted to laugh at such a question really though he bit his tongue as he thought of what to even answer that with. "Normally I'd give you a smart reply and say look in the box and tell me what you think." He shrugged a little before he decided that there needed to be a better answer, with how things were and all.

"I never stopped, if I stopped loving you every time we got into a bout I don't thing things would get very far now would they?" It was true they had gotten into a few little bouts like this. Though most of the time things worked out. Or rather thus far they had anyway. Though the tension was still heavy in the room between them.

"Of course I still love you. if I didn't I wouldn't have gone through the trouble I went through for the past week and half." He said making a slight gesture towards the box. "Though on the note of trouble, I'm suppose to be elsewhere as it is." He said sighing a little not really wanting to leave but he wasn't allowed complete free run and to go missing might stir more trouble. Though he wanted to know if Mizuki was going to go through with the wedding or not... Thats what he feared more then anything.
