I've seen most of it already but not the very end. I thought it was disappointing because, after all the explaining for every little thing, not everything got explained. And Lost is the show that made me love confusing things being explained like that. XD

I KNOW that I did not get enough sleep last night. I think I'm getting sick too. I've felt like I'm having an asthma flare-up, though it's a little better today, I think. But I have a headache and my nose is kinda stopped up. Ueeegh. Okay so the idea is that a parasitic bug infects a teenager who at first has minor symptoms (undecided what) then it develops into a flu. This part is in past tense as he recalls how it progressively got worse- where he is now in the hospital. He just woke up after his first night there so everything is actually very recent. Coincidentally he felt better than he had in weeks since he first showed the symptoms (cause flu lasts awhile so they ignored earlier symptoms). Anyways cutting it short: he vomits and along came out was small black things that sort of squirmed around and stuff. Things get worse like violent blackouts, possible slight loss of sanity maybe? I wanted to create the feeling of losing idenity and being alone. The parasite was basically reproducing in him creating a hive in his body and even replacing body parts but he still lived. In a sense he is turning into a bug or something. The idea is kind of complicated since I haven't entirely settled on the nature and effects of the parasites. The idea was semi-inspired by the movie District 9. But mainly based of a dream I had where said parasites infested much of the population leading to increase aggression, muscle mass, lust in both power and sex, and majorly insanity that was rationalized (like religious zealots) |
XD! So, I looked up his FaceBook. He looks totally different than what I thought he would have looked. xD (So far, the only person who was spot on by how I thought would look was Rei.) :: gaping mouth :: O.O That is a really good plot. xD I think slight loss of sanity would be a good addition to the plot, especially if he felt as if he was losing his identity like you want. As for being turned into a bug, I think the book The Metamorphosis isn't too much of a good plot to go by. For the man in the book, he knew what had happened to him after a while and became depressed because of his state. This particular story sounds as if it's based off fear instead of depression. (Duh, horror. xD) I think you'll do good with it. If you need help with insanity, feel free to talk to the insane. ::coughcoughJadeyormeXD:: Again, that is a really good plot though. o.o If I weren't against stealing plots, I'd take it. XD |

I've never had my browser crash because of it (maybe once) but I can't enjoy the game much anymore because the lag is just... horrible. Four lags, back to back, unable to speak to my crew or move. And then I tried to go on during the halloween event... then it actually messed with my browser, though, in a weird way. My internet (or browser?) like... failed me. I couldn't go anywhere! D: Rofl. I've rarely had crashes on this computer. Like you it jsut completely freezes and I got to shut it off from task manager (if the x happens to not work). Once though I was using IE and it replicated itself like 20 times and it happened so fast I couldn't do anything fast enough to stop it! Dx Not surprising the lag though. I would like to try again if you still played but meh I'm not missing out on much.
