Glitch is right, not only chocolate but anything with caffeine in it.
It is a stimulant so that is why it works and makes us happy :)

Once I have a headache, nothing seems to get rid of it except sleep. But I'm not much of a napper. So I have to wait it out, go to bed, then hope it's gone in the morning.

Lav sorry I had to rush off, I wanted to chat with you, but damn that headache, I put on some tibetan singing bowls cd, put a heating pad over my forehead and eyes, and just layed there for an hour, I did not sleep bit I relaxed. Now I feel the headache is coming back.

Toho: now I feel like having hot chocolate but, I'm already in bed!

Yeah, by 11 I'm hoping to be off the computer. I have a very good friend that lives in England and he gets out of work at 5AM their time, midnight here. I just can't be staying up till 1 AM anymore with him.

He is the one got me started on Ernya, and i didn't tell him for months that I had joined, I just didn't know what to do with an avi site. I would say to him: "but I don't know what to talk about" Seriously when I joined Ernya in 2010 it was a tough place, very cliquey and I was so awkward.
