Thats a good strategy unless you really want something. But there is a trade thread if you end up getting duplicates.

If I'm not mistaken, there's 20 different items in the large gift. Dunno if small contains the same amount of different stuff, but quite a lot to collect for sure.

I think its 19 in total, it was 18 items when I got the ordinary Batkin.

The Mystery of the Missing Ari is the mansion, and participation gets you 3 items that can only be obtained there.

they're pretty nice items, and like Skeleton in the Closet (another participation release), have more than 3 color options like most event items have.

Yes, skele man is a pretty rare item, for an event item. Not many people seemed interested at the time. Or they didn't know. Either way. I love him very much.
