"That they are..." Blaqkin said and shrugged her shoulders lightly. She then took another glance at them and yawned softly. She respected their decisions but obviously did not agree with them...
"Good evening dearest, Taiye. I do hope the war hasn't taken too much of a..." she began and gripped her flail a little tighter before simply tying it to her hip. She knew there wasn't any reason to be hostile here... Especially not with her dear friend the only one around. "Toll on you..." She finished the sentence after she secured her weapon to her side tight enough that it wouldn't fall off. She then turned her face back up towards her friend.

Surprised by the sudden entrance of Blaqkin, Taiye turned to her and watched her. She followed Blaqkin's example and put her Gunblade down. She stood quiet for a moment trying to decide how to answer her friend. Though the fighting was not tough, everything else that had been happening in the Divine camp still weighed on her mind. "Nothing I can't handle." she finally replied.

That answer made a smile come to her lips. She knew the tension between them was great because of the opposing sides, but she knew that when she put her weapon away it took most of it down... Though, there was obviously still some there. She then watched her old friend put the weapon away and nodded her head. "That's simply splendid to here, old friend," she said with another small smile on her lips.
All she could think about were the good old days with her friend... Before they were torn apart by random circumstance...

Taiye watched the smiles that appeared on Blaqkin's lips. It was so hard to figure out what she was thinking with the way she was now, especially since her dear friend no longer had actual eyes. She hasn't for a long time now, but Taiye could remember back when she did. She could remember exactly how they looked, such deep blue eyes.

"Yeah... how are you doing? I haven't seen you in a while." Taiye said quietly smiling, trying to change the subject into something more pleasant.

Watching her friend, she could honestly tell that she didn't know what to think of her anymore... Blaqkin was no longer the little blind girl that Taiye once helped around... She was a lot different now... She was honestly better now... She could actually see. Sight was something that no one could ever take away from her again... That thought made her sigh softly... Very softly, so as to not raise any suspicion.
"I've been better, dear Taiye. How about you? It would see you're doing pretty good for yourself..." she said and nodded her head as she leaned onto a nearby tree. She'd been fighting so much... It was nice to have even a small break now.

Taiye sat on the ground in front of Blaqkin. "I guess I could be doing better too." she laughed looking down at the ground. "Sometimes I feel like I'm going to fall back into old habits..."

Taishi walked into the area her nose burried in an blue crystal book with strange markings on it. hearing voices she looked up her elven ears seen through her ankle length lavender hair, tied up with a plain white silk ribbon, on her forehead would be a head band of the same material and color, she would be wearing long flowing robes making it sem as if she was floating "hello captains" she would say fently though looked suprised seeing them together

"Falling back into old habits wouldn't be very wise," Blaqkin said and shook her head. She then allowed herself to slide down the trunk of the tree. It had been a while since she'd spoken with her old friend, but she knew exactly what she meant by that... Word travels quickly when it's about someone you once knew. She felt like she didn't know this friend of hers anymore... Though, she wished she did.
Turning her head to the side, she noticed one of the divine recruits. She then shifted her eyes back to Taiye. "Hello," was all she said.

She looked up at Blaqkin, "I know. But it's hard to resist sometimes you know? Doing something... stupid to get something you want." she sighed and then realized what she said, "Er- but I mean, in your case..." she fumbled for words, trying not to anger her friend for past decisions.

Upon hearing Taishi, she looked over to the recruit, "Good Afternoon."

Taishi made her book vanish before looking to the captain that spoke to her "how are you miss?" she would ask politely moving to kneel, there was no threat here so she was relaxed and guard was down. looking to the captain of the divine she bowed her head a little and how are you today miss?" she would ask in a relaxed tone

"I'm doing well, a but tired from fighting but that's to be expected. What of yourself?" she replied, glad that Taishi had not decided to attack her dear friend.

That last comment and the small amount of panic made her grin lightly. "I understand what you mean, friend," she said and shook her head as she threw a hand out in a gesture to wipe away what she was talking about. She knew that she didn't mean anything by it... Especially not in her case and it was hard for Blaqkin to get angry with Taiye as it was. She just laughed lightly as she shifted herself a little, looking back over at the Divine Recruit which had come to join them.
"I am doing decently... Just slightly tired from the battles that have been taking place," she said and then turned her attention back to Taiye, much more interested in speaking with this friend of hers than a Divine Recruit.

Taishi looked to her own captain for a second before closing her eyes "I miss my home and family" she would say her voice holding alot of sorrow "My first grandchild was born yesterday and I will not be able to see himuntil this war is over..." she would contine use letting out a solum sigh "why is this war going on? why are we fighting" she would whisper to herself, she was only here to protect her race, it was expected of her because of her possition but it burdened her so. Her eyes opened once more and the smile returned as quickly as it was lost "I am glad you are doing well miss" she would say gently

Taiye let out a sigh of relief. Perhaps there was more of her old friend left deep down than she thought. "Yeah. I guess I'm the more stupid one of the two of us anyways." she joked. "At least you had a decent reason and something to gain. Me..? Just stupidity."

She turned her attention to Taishi, "Congratulations about the grandchild. I do hope that this war ends soon. I supposed we are all fighting here for different reasons. I am here because Ascellus has ordered me here."

Letting out a soft chuckle, Blaqkin turned her face down. She then crossed her arms over her chest lightly and shrugged. "Well... I'm not trying to justify my actions in the least bit, but... I did what I had to do, you know? You did too... Don't regret your actions that you can no longer change," she said and then turned her face back up. She then smiled softly, wanting things to be alright between them again. She had a feeling there was always going to be tension, but... They could at least talk sometimes, if anything.

Smiling, she nodded to her friend. "You're right. I mean, if I hadn't done it, I wouldn't be a Captain of this great army. Or..." she laughed, "I wouldn't have wings. Flying is pretty badass sometimes. And living forever isn't so bad...I guess." she fell over onto her back looking up at the sky. It's true that she appreciated these things that Ascellus has given her, but wasn't always sure about at what cost they had been given to her at.

Taishi smiled lightly as she was congratulated "Thank you miss" she would say gently listening to them both "Frienships can last through anything" she would whisper to herself, she found herself wondering if everyone was like the captain of the other side, she seemed so serine and at peace "Miss, we do fight for our own reasons... I do not regret coming here, I am a healer by nature..." she would say looking to the clouds in the sky "But some times things must change if we plan to get things right" she would continue, lowering her head "Miss..." she would turn her purple orbs to her own captain "You could have said no" she would say gently, her eyes showed she understood it wasn't that simple
