The... Viking one is male, and it looks like the Egyptian one is female. I didn't get a good look at the other characters?
No the Egyptian is male. The Aztec is female, The Greek warrior is female, and the viking is male
Oh, the Egyptian is male? Okies. lol
hm... I'm not seeing many good reviews for it... It's a windows game, right? I wonder how well it would run in WINE. |
Ah don't listen to the reviews. I did and I almost didn't get the game. I'm happy I did though.
I thought WINE was independent of windows so I'm not sure if it can or not. Never had to worry about that myself. I have my Windows 7 and I'm happy... I wonder... Is it windows 7 home or Pro that I have... hmmm... I'll have to go look :O |
I usually look at a lot of reviews. The main problems I see are hard to use menus and leveling up is weird?
WINE is not an emulator >.> lol It's basically something that people without Windows use to run Windows software. I'm on a Linux computer using Kubuntu, so I have to run a lot of my games in WINE/Crossovergames. |
The leveling isn't strange. Granted the menus take some getting used to but its easy to pick up and go. The only thing about leveling skills is you have to go to the main town and change the god you worship in order change skill trees. That's about it.
That sounds a little bit annoying. Changing your god to decide what skill tree you're going to use? Is there a person there that does that or what?
In the town there is a giant statue you talk to. You can pick which one you want to follow. Its not that annoying. Besides if you decide to switch gods the stat points in the one you have been leveling stays where they are. You just have to keep leveling it up. Although its a bit hard to level up 2 skill trees at a time but you don't really need to. Each skill tree is strong so it just depends on how you want to level your character.
Ah alright. Is it better to stick to a specific tree?
What I did was check each tree and compared it to what I wanted. Like for my Greek warrior I went with ranged attacks. She can summon ghost chakrams that float around her and shoot out towards my enemies. Higher the level the more I can summon around me. Like when I go to fight a boss and all the minions are around. They shoot out and kill the minions and I can focus on the boss... Didn't work so great against Medusa though o xo''
You should focus on one to start off with but if you like some skills in another tree try to just aim for the buffs and not the weapon skills. The warriors have strict weapon specific skills and the mages... Those your going to really need to focus on. My Egyptian is all fire base skills and my Aztec is a summoner. Death by giant mantis = u= b |
lol Death by giant mantis xD.
What kinda of trees do the Egyptian and the Aztec have? I'm usually mostly interested in spellcasters. |
I remember something about the Aztec being able to shift the world around into the spirit world and damage monster with spells and curses, And summon creatures and I think also transform, maybe...
Egyptian ... Well I know of the fire spells XD Viking has 2-handed weapons, fist weapons, sword and shield Greek Warrior, Has chakrams and spears... That's all I remember right now. I haven't played in over 6 months so sorry. |
I wonder if I can find a free download somewhere...
I got it out of the RPG Fantasy action pack from Amazon... I think I paid somewhere around...12$ maybe...
Ah I see. I don't have the money to be buying games at the moment though.
I understand. Kinda in the same boat.
Arggh dammit google chrome crashed for the first time because I was trying to upload the pictures. And I didn't save all of the post.

The gist of lost post: My previous desk was a glorious one with 9 drawers and twice as much desktop space as my current. Top that off with a vertical display case and over a dozen boxes and you have a ton of storage space...and a potential box for that'll take longer to happen. :'C My room used to be generally clean all week but my desk and closet usually got messy enough to need to be reorganized slightly. Who wants to play I spy? xD |
Alexander Linden: There is always a free download somewhere. You can find it. ;) Jurinjo: Previous desk? Why is it gone if it was so beautiful? D: (The dog butt murdered it, didn't it? Bad dog!) I spy with my little eye, something blue and stretchy! |
My dad wanted it. I'm not sure WHY I agreed to give it to him since it was given to me by his friend. Stupid! Stupid! -hits himself with a water bottle- TT^TT
The rubber band next to the blue scissors. I spy with my little eye a blue and white box! (Hoping this is actually a tough one to get). |
Fallen - I'll probably look at some point.
Jurinjo - And now starts my quest to discover the contents of the secret boxes@ |
I'm trying to get people to go to my quest but no one wants to be ther ;-;
Aww poor Echo o no
and it's a super easy one I made a link to it on my signature
Maybe you should color code it o .o?
like what do you mean color code it?
Echo-chan713: He means make the link a different color than it already is. Alexander Linden: You and me both. Lets track him down and ransack his room. Jurinjo: D'ya wanna know what my first reply to yours was in my head? "Baww, what the hail! How'd he find that so quickly?!" Accent and everything. *nod* No head hitting! D: Demand to have it back! Threaten to rise an army of 25 year old and younger individuals to rebel against their parents if your demands aren't met! And if that doesn't work... pull out the banana guns. That's right. The bananas. |:< That blue and white box between the white folder and set of keys? I spy with my little eye, something small and silver. (Try and find that.) |
Sounds good to me. We must prepare for such a journey though.

Change the color of the text of you link.
I did that and it didn't work ;_;
-shrugs- o .o
get a banner then? |
dammit how do I make one?
I'm not sure on this site to be honest o .o
neither do I
Aren't banners usually created outside of a site? Like on GIMP, or Photoshop, or some other such? edit; I'm sure you could draw attention to your quest simply by making it the first line of your signature and with bright colors. Perhaps make a statement or question relating to your quest and link the thread to it immediately after the brightly colored statement/question. I always see your 'warning' sign when going through a page with your posts; many will be able to see your quest if you format it in the same fashion. (: Alexander: Indeed! We shall need an endless supply of hot pockets and Xena tapes. (...I'm really stuck in my own hell here, having to quote something so often.) |
I think so but I'm on my moms computer so I can't do those things. I can try to color coed the links again.
Oh, haha, I should have been more detailed in my edit. I meant do those things with the BBC code that Trisphee provides us, meaning you would be able to do on any computer. (: Here's an example of what I meant: Your statement/question: Link to Quest |
oh ok I can do that
I hope you're able to draw the wanted attention to your quest. ^^ |
I hope so to, it seems like almost every thread I make gets killed, I opened two commons shop and I had to close both of them
