"what do you mean I don't care? Fuck i'd trade anything to get away from this damned life, like hell im enjoying this!" He snapped at her saying he didn't care, he wasn't getting shit out of it and like hell he was laying with any of them. Maybe he was too nice to them and let them get away with it for too long, but he wasn't trying to hurt any of them he had already done enough damage years ago to one female he didn't plan to do that again.

His ears dropped a little listening to her last sentence before she slammed the door behind her suddenly, shutting herself back into her room again. What the hell did she just say, that wasn't possible hell she just said that his actions pretty much made her sick, and the one night they were in the first tavern he remembered that glare she had given him after he had returned.He wasn't sure what he could even say to that, these were dangerous grounds to be on if she cared..

His mind went to a few thoughts on the matter, one he couldn't let it get any further, not with another royal. The odds of this turning out well were slim to none. It scared him a little in truth, he was use to females wanting him for the fact that they merely just wished to use him to gain power.. or the one night stands with commoners. It didn't matter he couldn't let it get that far with her, it wouldn't be approved of her kingdom anyway not with a half blood.

He was about to walk away but he couldn't bring himself to do so as he sighed a little his ears still down from earlier. "Look.. Elvara.. Im sorry.." he started off trying to think of anything to say that'd matter, though probably none of it mattered. 'how was i suppose to know..' he muttered half under his breath, he felt like he had really messed up this time around. Though he didn't even do anything on purpose.

Elvara stood on the other side of the door with her back pressed against it. She had a hand over her mouth and her eyes were wide. What the hell did she just say!? And why did she say it? Elvara didnt know and she was scared. That is when Zeks voice reached her through the door. Did he really just appoligise? That was not Zek...

Then Elvara's eyes widened...so did that mean that the male on the other side of the door cared for her as well? She didnt know what to do so the next moved were just on a whim. Turning Elvara opened the door to see Zek still standing there.

Elvara then took the few little steps it took to reach Zek. Lifting a dark warm hand she placed it on his cheek and silenced his protest with a kiss. Elvara didnt know what made her do this but either way she closed her eyes and stood on the balls of her feet kind of hoping the male returned her affection.

Really he was expecting her to slap him or worse even, knowing all too well that she carried blades on her almost at all times. Though what she did do was hardly what he was predicting as he was preparing for whatever wraith she was about to unleash. He was a few seconds from asking her what she was doing with her hand before she moved and her lips connected with him.

His mind had too many thoughts at this moment to even make a decision on what he should start to do. The first thought was to pull away and retreat from this whole situation, but then at the same time why.. she had started this after all. That made it ok right, no he still had to stick to his rules that nobles and royals were off limits no matter what.

Though he couldn't just pull away either... His own thoughts betraying him as he stood there, before he knew it he had moved his arms to wrap around her and hold her there. He could already tell he was letting himself go too far with this, his lack of for the past week he had spent in her company was getting the better of him and he knew it.

He suddenly forced himself away from her before taking a step back, he regretted it really but it had to be done before he did get caught up in this. "I'm sorry... I... i can't do this." He seemed to be at a lost of words before he forced his next statement out to settle his mind more. "You and i both know half bloods are frowned upon, so it's better this way." he shrugged a little, though he doubted that she'd give up that easily.. he didn't really want her too but at the same time he did.

Elvara stood there and looked to him almost angry that he pulled away "Do...you really think I would care about suck a thing?" She asked him a little hurt "If I did then I would never have done that in the first place let alon go to the queen and convince her myself that I need you to come with me just so you could be away from the kingdom!" She said in a yell.

Elvara then growled low "Seeing you with that noble...then knowing what you have to do to keep energy" Elvara cringed bawling her fists in anger 'It pisses me off..." She said slightly with her head bowed before raising it and looking to him with a determind expression "I dont care about your race..." With that she leaned forward and kissed him again. She was determind to get what she wanted.

His ears dropped a little listening to her, had she really talked Ryza into letting him go? She really didn't seem to care, was he just being selfish in telling her no. Damn it all he thought why was he cursed in life. Though he remained silent either way, he didn't have anything to really say for himself, he feared getting attached to anyone. He could say sorry again but what good would that do, hell he had said it too much already.

He looked away from her for a moment as she went on talking about everything that was on her mind. "I don't do it cause I want to... As I told you before we can't live how we'd like to." In truth if he waited long enough he could very well die from not doing it, as odd as that sounded that was the draw back to his powers.

He didn't get a chance to say anything else as she spoke out again and then moved forward kissing him a second time. To admit it to himself this female scared him a little, she was forward even if she didn't mean to be. Let alone she was outright saying that she wanted to be with him, that had never happened before.

If he pulled away again he had a feeling she'd be beyond pissed. Though he didn't want to.. he just needed to watch himself was all. That couldn't be too hard, he had managed before throughout this whole trip with her so it should be fine now. Finally settling on the idea a little he moved his arms back around her deepening the kiss a little, if this was what she wanted who was he to stop her.

Elvara was glad that the males arms wrapped around her. She then lifted her arms to place them up and around his neck. Elvara closed her eyes and kissed the male before her with passion. She didnt know why but she felt strongly for the male before her. After a little while Elvara then stepped back with her head bowed to the side her ears flat and her breathing heavy.

"Im sorry...I...I just needed to know something" With that she turned and walked into her room. Elvara was unsure if she should close the door behind her or leave it open for the male to fallow her. Walking into her room Elvara stood just on the inside of the door. She didnt move, she didnt talk she just stood there ridgid.

What was it.. why was this one different? He never hesitated with any others yet he wasn't sure on any of his moves with her. Maybe because she was able to fight if it came to it. Or the fact she had pretty much demanded his respect during the trip they were on. Maybe all of the little events were finally settling in his head that his subconscious cared for her in some way before he had any thoughts on the matter.

Though he thought more on the matter at hand when she pulled away and spoke. Had he done something wrong, no that wasn't it. It was probably for the better she pulled away before he got to the point he couldn't. Though he noticed she just stood there, he was expecting her to shut the door or anything but she was just standing there.

Did she want him to follow her.. Probably not but he took a few steps towards her anyway. Standing behind her as he pulled her close again resting his head against hers lightly. He just needed a moment longer, whatever it was he didn't want to let go of her. Though he did force himself to release her after he had gotten his moment with no protests. "I'll.. leave you be now, before I do something I'll regret in the morning." He smiled weakly at her before taking a step back, she still seemed to be lost in her thoughts, in truth if he wasn't so use to running his mouth he'd be at a loss as well.

Elvara was greatfull that she felt warm arms come around her and she placed her hands ontop of his. She closed her eyes with a little smile on her face. But that smile soon left as he pulled back, her arms not willing to let his go just at the moment she felt the warmth slip away. Elvara gave a sigh before the male spoke then her mood almost changed drastically "Yeah..." She said sternly "Not for what you did but for who I am" With that she turned angerly and shoved him out the door.

"Why cant you just see past the fucking title and take charge of your own life for a god damn moment!?" She asked before she slammed the door in his face. After that Elvara turned her back and leaned on the door. Tears began to show in green eyes as she raised a hand to her mouth covering it. Slowly she sank down to rest on the floor with her knees bent to her chest and he head resting on them as she wheeped.

Elvara had found a person that was brash, rude, crude, vile...but also could be warm, kind and loving yet he wanted nothing to do with her simply because of her title and she knew that. So with that thought Elvara decided it was best for her to leave with out him. After awhile she heard the light footsteps of the male as he finaly took his leave after a long while.

Elvara sat there half dazed thinking about the events that took place that night. She then stood and packed her bag with everything that she needed. Taking a piece of parchment from the table as well as the quill and ink that sat there she wrote a letter...

'To whom it may concern,
Do to events that happened this night I have left in a rush. I take my leave with only that with which I came and I leave behind nothing. I am sorry for my improper leave but I must go. Matters need to be delt with and I have little to no time to spare. I thank you for your kindess and help. With great regrest I leave with out a good bye.
Yours truely Elvara princess of the Island"

With that she left. Silently she walked down the paths to the mouth of the cave. Elvara did not look back as she started walking away a silent tear rolling down a cheek. She had matters to attend to and she needed to speak with Vaden. Though the walk would be a long one...if she kept moving through the night she would be half way there by midday and that was her plan.

He sighed heavily after she had already shut herself into the room not allowing him to explain anything. His plans were to tell her why he didn't allow himself to get close to anyone, let alone another of the noble or royal families. She was right though he didn't really take charge in his life, he tried a few times but most were shot down so easily that he had given up on getting out of this loop of hell he call ed a life.

He needed to talk to her tomorrow, not that she'd probably understand but he still needed to talk to her. Or that was his plan anyway when he woke up. Though a guard handed him the note after he had walked to her room. Reading it over he rolled his eyes a little. 'She tells me to take charge and then runs away? tsk' He hissed in his mind before walking away from the guard who seemed a little confused.

She probably had walked all through the night, she'd be the type to do that.. where was she. Oh wait he had told her Vaden never changed his location really so she'd be heading there. That was at least a few days walk depending on the pace. She might be half way by now if she walked the whole night, give or take a little.

He wouldn't have really cared if it wasn't for the fact that he had upset her last night, he always watched himself trying to not be too forward and yet he still managed to fuck it up somehow. Either way he could catch up to her he thought as he entered the stables. There were rows of horses but thats what the creature he was looking for, he needed something that ran a little faster.

At the far end there was a stall that contained a reptilian like creature that was half covered in feathers and half covered in scales. The beast had hunter eyes and claws that would make you think twice about messing with it. It's tail swayed a little as it noticed Zek standing there. He smirked a little "you and me have something we have to do ... " he spoke to the beast as if it understood.

It might have had two legs compared to a horses four but it's speed was hardly something to snort at, Raptus is what they were called, a sort of breed of raptor that was domesticated years ago and is larger then most of it's counterparts. They were hard as hell to tame and even tamed were known to kill the riders. Not that Zek had that worry, besides he had a talent for beasts like this one from dealing with dragons at a young age.

The creature was hissing out it's breaths as it ran, he had ran it from early morning to some time in the afternoon. Though for the time being he saw no trace of Elvara. What was he expecting really. She didn't want to be found thus she probably wouldn't be.

He pushed the beast on a while longer before he noticed someone on the road ahead. It took most of the damned day but he had finally caught up to her as he yelled to her and received a glare at the fact he had bothered. Dismounting the beast he half ran over to her panting himself a little. "you... have some damn nerve..." he breathed out trying to regain himself a little.

She still seemed rather annoyed with his face let alone him speaking. "Not even letting me explain anything, and you told me i need to take charge yet you ran away? Tsk.. some advice." he straightened a little before trying to speak again. "You want to know why I keep my distance from nobles or royals, it's not cause of the damn title!"

He started to go on, screw trying to explain things out clearly to her. "believe it or not I am part demon, it's not as easy as you think truth me. The reason why I refuse to let anyone get close or let myself get too tangled with someone is because of what I did over 70 years ago." she seemed a little confused in what he meant by that. "I had grown close to someone, I dare say I might have loved her. The reward she got for bothering to look past my crude actions and selfish ways was death, no I didn't do it on purpose but it was still my damn fault."

If he thought she wouldn't walk away if he went slower on the details then he would have, but he saw her as the type to walk away saying her mission was more important. "So there, some information you probably didn't know. To put it all bluntly I didn't want to hurt you." He bowed his head a little towards her. "Now seeing as you left, I'll take my leave now and allow you to get back to your quest before I cause anymore trouble." he merely shrugged before turning around and walking towards the creature who was still standing there with it's sharp eyes.

Elvara stood there and glared as Zek came up. What the hell was he doing here? She had left with enough time to ensure that she wouldnt not be caught up to till she reached the town. Elvara sighed heavily as she Listened to Zek. Slowly her rigid exterior became a little more relaxed before Zek started to walk away.

Elvara fallowed behind him before she reached out and grabbed his hand stopping him in his tracks "You really think you could hurt me?" She asked in a playfull voice as he turned around to look at her "Last I checked we were 3-0 for wins" Elvara said with a little smile and a tilt of her head.

"Besides...I know the risk" She said slightly stepping forward to him "I know you wont hurt me Zekrak..." She said with a light smile on her face "I think I could handle my own anyways" Elvara said before leaning up and kissing the male once more as her other hand rubbed the side of his cheek lightly before she pulled away "But I mean if you really want to go thats up to you" She said with a playfull smile and a little shrug before turning and letting go of his hand.

The glare was expected, hard to not expect it with that note she had left. He wouldn't have really blamed her if she didn't try to strike out at him, though he was prepared this time.. there wouldn't be him just taking the beating. Not when he had things to say to her. Though it would seem she stood there and listened instead of trying to force him away.

He seemed to question her when she said do you think you could really hurt me. Though he frowned a little when she said the win-lose score was 3-0. "I only recall two fights, one I didn't fight back at all and the other I never bothered drawing my weapon...I hardly think thats fair to compare them.." He sighed a little as he faced her. "its not a fact of wanting or the ability to hurt you.. it's more of the chances that I could lose control.. I'm sure if you've done any amount of research into demons you know very well the affects that half bloods go through."

It was a known fact he was a half blooded demon, and the research had proven that all half bloods eventually seemed to break under their own power as the demonic energies took control of them, this either destroyed them or happened multiply times over their lifetime. Though in the end they would be destroyed in some way or another. Vaden was already prepared for if this happened or rather when it happened to Zek.

"If you know then I think your slightly foolish.. heh" he laughed weakly, maybe she was a little more insane then he first thought. He never said a word on her handling herself, sure she could.. but that still worried him, he knew too well what his own powers could do. Though his thought was lost as she moved in and kissed him. It didn't last long though as she seemed to pull away speak once more and turn to walk away leaving him there.

His ears dropped a little "thats not a fair choice.. and you know it" He said before following after her. The creature he had brought with him soon followed him as it seemed to eye Elvara. Zek glared at it a little, the creature seemed to second guess it's choice of actions with biting the female.

Elvara smiled and looked behind her as Zek fallowed her. She was hoping for that. As he made it up to her side Elvara smiled at him "So....ready to go see Vaden?" She asked slightly. "Though it is going to be night soon so maybe camp and something to eat?" She asked almost happily.

He sighed a little "not really.. i ditched out on the old man last time remember? He had some test he wanted to run.. im sure he's not forgotten yet." He dreaded the idea. Though she was right it would be dark soon. "Guess we should.. No point in going on, not when you've been walking sense last night.." he shot a little bit of a glare at her.

He never made a comment on eating, though he did eat almost nothing and managed to stay alive, but that was due to other reasons. He had a fear in the back of his mind she was going to be pissed off at him again once they made it to the town, he needed to do something about his energy levels, they were getting to the point where it was affecting him. Once before he had starved himself of the energy.. it wasn't a easy recovery process and he sure as hell didn't want to do it again.

Elvara smiled to that "Yeah...what can I say I was angry so the last thing on my mind was sleep" She said in a bit of a laugh. Elvara then turn to get off of path walkig into the trees some way before she found a place with a large tree and a little bit of a grassy clearing. It would be perfect for the night. Elvara then dropped her pack on the ground before walking off.

A moment later she came back with twigs and sticks. "Could you get the fire started...I will be right back' She said with a smile dropping the wood before she left again. Coming back this time she had a rabbit in her hand and three wood logs under her arms. Placing one log on the fire she smiled as the flames soon engulfed and danced over the log.

After she ran off again he sighed and looked at the beast still with them "least i have one use right?" The creature snorted before walking off to find it's own meal for the night. He did as he was told as far as starting a fire. Though he was a little distracted with some thoughts.

The main ones were the fact he needed to get energy somehow and the other was dwelling on the fact that she didn't care about the risks with being close to him. He had half a mind to bring up his issue at hand but decided against it by the time she returned.

After she was back he frowned a little noticing his charge was still missing as he walked away a few feet before letting out a high pitched whistle. The creature hissed a little before walking back as it carried a deer it had found. "... i didn't mean bring it to me! I swear I leave for a while and you lose all of your training.." He sighed a little rubbing his forehead.

Elvara watched the weird crature. She had never seen something like it before. Walking over to Zek she stood infront of him "What in goddess creation is that?" She asked with a little tilt of her head "It looks like the out come of a bird mounting a dragon" She said slightly looking to the creature as it brought deer over. She shuddered a little.

He laughed slightly. "they are rare now a days but they use to roam the plains.. though as time went on and tons popped up here and there they became a threat, they are hard to control for starters and they hunt in packs.. They are called Raptus, it's a decedent of the ancient raptor, though they tend to be larger then the prehistoric ones.. they move a bit slower and kept the trait of having feathers." He shrugged a little as the creature snorted and walked off so it could enjoy it's catch. "We use to use them in place of horses because in the caverns they are stronger.. horses can break their legs easily if they step wrong down there. But over time they've become rare.. so this one was found wounded and throwing a fit. It's pack left it behind due to the wound." Though that hardly meant the thing was nice.. it just happened to listen to Zek a little better then most, though most didn't have dragon training as well. "aside from a temer and the teeth and claws harmless enough." he laughed slightly, that was hardly harmless but it was safer then a dragon

Elvara looked to it before shaking her head and turning back around to her cooking rabbit "Well what ever it is it looks weird" Was all she said before she sat back down at the base of the large tree before pooking the cooking rabbit with a stick while resting her head on the bawled up fist of her hand.

Elvara had some different things on her mind. One though was something that was bothering her. The last time she noted Zek getting energy was way back when she fed the male some herbs. Elvara knew the extent of her herbs and how far the different combinations could take one in energy. She slightly woundered if Zek was pushing it....or if he was waiting for the town....

He shrugged "weird or not it gets the job done, though I trust that thing better then I do a horse.. thats damn sure." Though not everyone could say that, you better have trained one to really trust it and even then it was hard to say it's mood unless it respected it's rider. "though to admit it... horses are easier to train.. "

It seemed the conversation died off and it became oddly quite, normally she had some complaint she'd voice by now. What was she even thinking of.. Not like he'd get it out of her if he asked anyway. So instead he kept to himself, though he was probably giving it away that something was wrong from the fact he hadn't said a word after the bit of talking from earlier.

Really he wasn't sure what he should be dong now, the idea was still going through his head that she said basically be damned with titles or blood. Though he doubted she'd go that far and he knew he needed some form of energy soon, but he wasn't sure how to go about it just yet. He figured he could hold off for a while so long as he avoided using any of his powers till the town, even then he could hold off.. though he'd be rather useless in a fight.

Elvara sighed a little as she sat there "Well....out with it" She said slightly before looking to him "I know somethings on your mind" She said looking back to the fire "Usualy by now my ear is falling off with your talking and rude comments' She said trying to get a rise out of him. It was weird not having the male make snarly comments about anything and everything.

He blinked a few times looking at her with the sudden out burst telling him to say whatever he was thinking about. "eh... it's nothing that important, don't worry about it." He shrugged a little before turning away from her, sure he could tell her but what damn good would it do. "would you rather me just keep chattering about pointless things, if it'll make you feel better then by all means I can find something idiotic to talk about." He laughed weakly at the thought of it.

Elvara gave a little growl at that "Oh what did I take all of your intelligent talking with that last kiss?" She asked slightly with a tilt of her head. Elvara then stood and walked up behind Zek before kissing his cheek then lightly and playfully shoved him a little. "Awww whats the matter...drow caught your tongue?" She asked with a smile taking a little step back.

Elvara was trying to get a rise out of Zek and she did it the only way she knew how by teasing him. It seemed to be the only way that she would get a reaction so she would tease him till he was sick of it.

He glared at Elvara when she asked if the kiss had stolen his intelligence. "No it did not... you act like I've never had a kiss before.." He rolled his eyes a little thinking about it, not that he was really proud of that fact but still. Though her next move she made caught him off guard, he was hardly expecting her to kiss him out of no where, let alone move from her food she had been fixing.

His ears went back a little as she spoke again. "hardly.. " he growled out at her, he knew what she was doing but he couldn't help but get annoyed a little at her teases. "just have a few things that are none of your concern on my mind is all." he said with a slight shrug. "Is it so bad that i can be silent for a few moments.. normally your complaining that I don't shut up and now your not happy that I am quiet."

He sighed a little, he swore that she was never happy, though to tell the truth why would she be really. Though he wished she'd stop with the teasing already, it wasn't helping.. at all

Elvara shrugged "Maybe I just like bugging you" She said to him with a little smile "Then again you dont like anything so why do I bother?" She said a little with her ears going back and a playfull smile on her face. Elvara then thought it was about time to bring up what she had been thinking about "Not only that but I think its your lack of energy thats causing you to be this way"

She said with a smile on her face "You know...." She said slightly teasing him more. "There is a way to fix that" She said with a little smile walking a little closer to him with a sway of her hips and half lidded eyes.

"I can tell that... " He laughed weakly listening to her. He frowned a little as she seemed to go on "There are things I do like.. you just happen to not know them." He smirked a little, it'd be nothing she'd guess in a million years so he didn't care all that much. Though the next words that escaped her lips killed his smirk a bit. "If it is then it's my business... " he growled at her a little.

Though she seemed not willing to let it go that easily. as she spoke again. "Yes there are ways to fix it... and I don't see any of them happening.." he said with a slight hiss before stepping away from her. He wasn't sure if she was trying to hint that she wanted to or if she was just teasing him again.

Elvara stopped for a second as he turned from her. She needed to think about this...though the thought was soon gone as she walked forward to him. She grabbed his arms softly before turning him. When Zek looked to Elvara her ears were back and she looked to him with a hidden emotion in her eyes and she said only one thing "....why?"

"Why?" He laughed a little at her question "Do i have to really say why I don't see anything happening to solve my problem?" He laughed again thinking about it. "for starters.. you dont have to tell me that you've never done anything before, trust me i know." He smirked a little before moving a hand to lift her chin a little. "And I'm not asking you knowing that.. it'll be your choice" He released her chin shrugging a little. "Besides i'm fine, so don't worry about it." Sure he'd have to do something about his need for energy some time soon.. but it didn't have to be here.

Elvara gave him a blush and lightly turned her head out his grasp. She then thought the next comment over "Fine...then dont pass out because I will leave you where you drop!" She said before moving away and going to take her place back infront of the fire. Elvara got edgy so she did the only thing that came to mind. Using her temper, though she knew that Zek didnt buy it.

Elvara stared into the flames before her. The thought of the past day in her mind as well as the conversation just had with the male standing not that far away from her. What was she to do? Elvara sighed a little her ears flattening as she hung her head a little. It was going to be a long night.

He held his hands up at her words before taking a step back from her. "fair enough.. I'll work on that heh.." He wanted to bite his own tongue off at the fact he even turned her down, but at the same time he didn't want her doing something for the fact she thought she had to either. She didn't owe him anything and he wasn't trying to ruin her life or drag her into his. Even though it seemed a little too late for that.

After she walked away and seemed to sit by the fire thinking he stayed pretty much where he was but turned to face away from her, going over his own thoughts. He knew he'd have to do something once they got to town, he also remembered her thoughts on such things from back when they were first grouping together. He half expected her to kill him now if he ran off to repeat such acts.

Turning back to look at her he finally spoke again. "I turned you down for the simple fact that it would be your first, and there's sure as hell someone out there better then me that deserve." He shrugged a little seemingly with his normal addittude towards most things. "let alone in the middle of the forest is no place for the princess to have her first either." He seemed to leave it at that for a moment, though he did have a small bit to say to finish up this seemingly one sided conversation. "So instead of being rash think about it, we still have a half a day before we reach town."

He was giving her the choice, he had thought about it and he had pretty bluntly told her no give or take a few words. After he had thought about it he found it a little unfair, she had a right to choose who she wanted to be with. But at the least he wanted her to think about it.

Though when she didn't answer he went back to looking away from her still standing in the same spot as before. He figured she still thought he was being self centered or something, that or he was judging her by her blood, and neither was the case. Hell to admit it she was the first he turned down to make her think about her choice.

Elvara sat there and went over the words that Zek said. True that it was going to be her first time and the forest was no place for that but she almost felt bad that she couldnt help him in any other way. Well there was a potion that she could make but the last time that happened it did not go over well so what was she supposed to do? Elvara sighed a little as she closed her eyes.

"We do have half a days walk before us after this..." She said slightly "So at least sit and conserve the energy that you have if im not good enough" She said with a huff and a shrug of her shoulders "Dosent bother me any" She said though infact it did. It bothered Elvara alot but she was not about to show it.

Moving her pack over a little she laid down and placed her head upon the sack with a sigh to herself before opening her eyes and looking up to the clear starry sky above. Elvara was glad that there was no snow around them and for once she could sleep in warmth alone...though she missed the male holding her...and that was her last thought as her eyes closed and she drifted off to sleep.

He sighed a little "I know how long we have still, though sitting won't help reserve any of the energy." He shrugged a little. "Long as we don't get into a fight somewhere along the way should be fine. If not well.. eh guess I'll deal with it then.. heh" Really he wasn't sure what would happen if he let his energy get that low, he had never risked it before guessing it'd probably kill him or close to it.

Though he did glare at her a little with her last words. "I never said you weren't good enough.. im giving you a option and your still pissed at me? Tsk I just don't want you doing anything cause you feel you owe me!" He hissed a little with his words, he just couldn't win with her.

Though it was quickly noticed she seemed to be drifting to sleep on his so he went back to being quiet, no need to bother her with such matters. Though really he wanted to kick himself for turning her offer down. Though he knew it was the right thing to do,she still could convince him otherwise before they got to town. Either way he didn't seem to sleep much if at all that night, he was a little on edge with everything, Not only that but the lack of energy and that his body longed for it was keeping him awake, even just to touch her the thought was almost unbearable. Though he managed to keep any control issues he was having under wraps.

Elvara awoke to the first signs of the sun. She blinked her eyes open slowly before giving a yawn and sitting up. Her back was stiff and sore from the hard ground and she grunted a little as she moved to stand up. This is when she noticed that Zek was still standing in the same place from the night before "You honestly did not move" She said to him with a huff "And I thought I was stubberen" She said.

Elvara then grabbed her pack and flung it over her shoulder with a sigh "Well come no to town we go. Its about half a days walk so keep up" She said in an almost snarky tone. Elvara was not in the best of moods today.

He half flinched when she spoke, really he had hardly noticed day even broke. Though he shrugged a little planning to play off that he had been lost in thought this whole time. "well someone had to stay awake to guard now didn't they?" Ok so it was a piss poor excuse but it was one. Either way she didn't need to know how weak he really was feeling at the moment, it'd be solved once they made it to the town in some form or another. Probably not before Vaden blessed him out for having no energy.

"tsk i'll keep up, don't you worry." he said flatly to her before following. Though he wasn't sure why she was in a sour mood already he had hardly said anything this time around. But it was whatever now, not like he could do anything to improve her mood. Probably bothering to open his mouth would worsen it at best.

Elvara didnt stop her stride. As soon as she saw Zek this morning she could see the fatigue and stress his bodywas in from the lack of energy. So she couldnt stop for she had the fear hat if Zek stopped that was it. Elvara then began to notice that he began to fall behind a little bit at a time "Hurry now the towns just opast those trees keep your stubbern ass moving"

Elvara then turned and continued walking. She was pulling the same trick he pulled on her up north...get his temper going to keep him moving.

She was being a bit overly annoying today, though that could have been due to a number of factors. Not that he noticed he was falling back a bit in their walking. "I'd like to point out that your easily five times more stubborn then i'll ever be.. thanks." It was probably partly true, but at the least what she wanted to accomplish was working, the fact he had the effort in to mouth her back was at least a good sign.

Her little trick worked in keeping him going, of course this wasn't without a few trade offs of choice words. Though it wasn't that long before the two did make it to the town. Personally it was none too soon. "Ok.. we're here now get off my case of keeping up." He hissed out a little before taking a few steps forward. "We'll find the old man, see what he found out and leave."

Elvara gave a little smile to his retaliation it was funny to her. When he then spoke of finding Vaden then leaving right away she almost snorted. Elvara was going to stay one night here in the small town in a proper bed. With that thought she walked into the town and headed right for Vadens house.

When the house came to view she smiled and walked over and to the door. A swift knock to the wooden door and she waited. There was some noise and ruffeling on the other side before the door opened to reveal a sleepy looking Vaden before his eyes widened a little "Hello again"

Vaden wasn't expecting the two of them so soon, he had hardly told the Queen he had information a week ago. Let alone his tiredness was from trying to further the bit f information he had managed to find, that and falling asleep hunched over a table was hardly a good way to sleep. He was at a bit of a loss for words at first, but it was mainly because he wasn't expecting them so soon and right away he could tell Zek was't fairing well at all no mater the front he put forward. "By all means come in, I'm sure your both tired, rest up a bit and I can explain what I found. Though I don't think the information is as helpful as you would like." He sighed slightly.

Though giving Zek a look as he walked by the two seemed to glare at one another for a split second before things returned to normal. Rest wasn't what Zek wanted to do, he knew the longer he stayed still the more chances of his body noticing it's lack of energy and sub-coming to it, hell it was all he could do to stand up and lean against the wall to avoid going to sleep.

Vaden went about to move a few tombs to the side and set a stack of tree on a table near where Elvara had chosen to sit for the moment. "I don't have exact information on the object, but there is a good idea where it is.. your not going to like it." He never mentioned that it was probably a area better for Zek to avoid going to but he'd have to explain why that was. "But enough about that! If your hungry speak up." He wanted to ask either of the two of them why Zek was about to fall over.

Elvara smiled to Vaden as she walked in and sat on the edge of the couch "Well as soon as we heard that there was information to be shared I left and he fallowed" She said point to Zek who flopped down onto the couch tierdly. "And believe me any information is great" She said with a smile to the elder man. It was true...Elvara had no idea or no information at all on the last object so anything at this point would help. "Oh...and thanks but im not hungry" She said "All I want is a warm bath" She said with a nod of her head. That and Vaden to leave so she could help Zek but she didnt mention that part.

Zek seemed to glare at her a little. "You make it sound like I'm a dog or something. " By her saying he followed, least she left out a few of the details. He didn't need to try to explain that to Vaden. Not that he really thought the old man would pry that much into his personal life. Normally he left well enough alone. Vaden sighed a little before speaking "Well theres good and bad news to this information. The good news is the object is still somewhere." He seemed to pause before saying the last half of this. "The bad news is that the object lays in the demon realm." Zek gave him a bit of a odd look when he mentioned where it was located. "Well i guess if your going to try to prevent someone from sealing the gates why not have one of the relics needed." This was almost funny in truth, or it was to him at the least.

Vaden shook his head a little. "I can't give you a location of the object at all, needless to say aside from the demons getting the relic thats all I could find.. Though I would recommend caution in going after it. For starters Zek shouldn't go." Though Zek didn't like that idea at all, like hell he was letting Elvara go by herself. Vaden went on to explain why, though this was just based on theories. "You are part demon, going there could do one of two things. Either you'll be fine, probably a bit more in tune with your powers or else your demonic half will completely take over by the sudden energy flux. Though there is also the chance that you will cross paths with high ranked demons that can force lower classes into doing their will.I'm not sure what ranks a half demon falls into, even with royal blood."

That seemed to be all of the information he had at the present time as he stood up from where he was sitting before speaking again. "thats all I managed to find, but I would recommend packing for this trip and to think about your plans of going in. Also getting in should be easy, Zek can do that so long as he's near one of the gates." He waked over to a stand and pulled a book off before handing it to Elvara. "If you want to do some reading on the demos that are recorded.. that book has them, or at least most of them." He started to walk off again but stopped a second. "Oh feel free to stay here i'm sure getting here from the castle your both tired. I have more then a few things I need to take care of." One being he was still trying to send as much help as possible to Elvara's home to help them fight.
