Hmmm, haven't heard that. Granted I haven't been on another site before this. I creeped around Gaia some, but never created an account.

I've heard of Gaia but I've never actually been in another avy site and only on one other community forum at all.

They had an announcement on solia about people trying to help the site a few weeks ago. That is why I mentioned it.

I'm on thirteen avatar sites. Apparently it's not that easy to make a profit at them. A year or two ago there was an announcement on menewsha about them loosing money each month. That announcement also mentioned that other sites were in a pinch at that time, too.

Guess it depends on how much server space they are using/paying for and how much income they have.

Well I hope it works out for the best for everyone.

Ummm i dont remember... they just bring the meat around on spits and cut it off for you if you want it.

Sounds similar to a style of serving done by asian cultures. It's called Dim Sung for them. They bring carts around with different dishes and hand you what you want off of it.

Yeah kinda. They give you a little wooden designed thing that has green on one side and red on the other and when you want food you put the green side up and when you want a break you put the red side up and when you are done and want dessert or the check you put it on its side.

It was pretty fun. I've gone to a place like that twice. the place i went to first tasted a lot better.

I will have to find a Brazilian restaurant (good reviews hopefully) and try it then.
