Have you ever tried Little Big Planet for the PS3? It is so adorable and fun! Starting off, it doesn't take too much coordination, and you can edit your sackperson much like on an Av site. I love it. <3 <3

Hi Kilala, I should have stopped by here yesterday but I was just mindlessly working on an avatar. That is what I do when I work late. Anyhow, I got my boy doll, you saw his piccie, Marcus, lol...what a name. Anyhow, I don't have a playstation anymore, we got a real dvd player, lol. Whatcha up to today?

It's all good, lol. I've been trying my damnedest to get this hair to work right. I've got my contest av just about ready, I'm just needing one more hair item to make it perfect! It's soooooooooooooooooooooooooo frustrating! *flails* And I know which hair item I want, I just don't have the runes for it. I wound up buying Charming Coiffure, and I'm wanting to use the red version of the second pose AND the red and white long hair from the last pose. I've tried several different common items, but I'm just not satisfied with the way it looks... I wasted so much aurum in the shops yesterday, haha.

He's wonderful. <3 Any ideas what you want to do with him? What all do you think you'll be changing out on him?

And awww... I was hoping for someone to play LBP with, haha.

Today, I'm piddling around the house. My hubs got let go early today from his current assignment, so I'm anxious for him to get home and explain what's going on. He says he's supposed to be going back tomorrow though... Sooooooo... yeah...

And then I am not sure what to do with him, lol. I got him because he is so pretty. I bought him a dark auburn wig and I think I will put his regular ears back in when the wig arrives, or I will try both.

I hope your hubby's work is ok. For me, I get of at 3 today and then I am going to shower. It is hard doing the 24 hour shift even though I did get 5 hours sleep and then to come along and work after that so I get done early today. But I have not done much but putz around with my avatar. Sheesh I should do some work work, I am falling behind a bit.

The only orange and regular blue I own is some of the free hair styles, so I'm gonna sit out Gluttony and Lust. But I may try my hand at Sloth (light blue), Envy (green)and Pride (violet).

I really like D. I never realized you could get eyes that look like that for them. That's really neat. So are the parts for your BJDs interchangeable or do the parts only work with specific dolls?

I hope so too, he called at 11 this morning and said that he was on his way to pay the power bill, then he was headed home... I haven't heard anything from him, so I'm starting to get kind of worried... BUT I know if anything was seriously wrong he'd have found a way to get in touch with me. His phone only works with Wi-fi at the moment, so I can't call him... I'm used to him being home within an hour and a half, but it's been almost three... Although now that I'm thinking about it... He's using public transit to get from the hospital he's temping at to the mall to pay the light bill, and from google's transit directions, it'll take him almost 2 hours to get to the mall, then from the mall it'll take him a little over an hour to get home... So there really isn't anything to worry about. Unless he fell asleep on the train again, lol. He actually did that Thursday, and it took him over four hours to get home. (Sorry for the spaz just now... I worry too much sometimes... my hubs and I call it "Feathers". Your mind goes too fast and just *poof* your mind 'splodes. And the image that comes to mind is the cloud of feathers left behind like after a bird gets tagged by a car.)

Wow, a 24 hour shift?? I think I'd lose my mind. I know working over night at Waffle House (9 at night until 7 the next morning) was hard sometimes, especially on the super slow nights... I had co-workers who'd actually sit at the low bar and put their heads down and sleep for an hour. I never understood how they didn't get fired... I used to down energy drinks to stay awake... And coffee.

Yay on Greed! Is that what you are wearing now? It is lovely! I wiped my greed or I would put it on. Oh well. I am going to post what I have later on tonight. Again, my inventory is an open book I should take a screenshot of it and then you can pick what you want for the avatars you have put on the back burner.

Marcus shall have the steampunk eyes...yes, he shall. I will buy them tonight. Quel frivolity. Only the wigs and eyes are really interchangeable. I am not well-versed in the art of BJDs actually. I just saw one a couple years ago and wanted it because it was so pretty. Then I got another and now my 5th. But I am stopping because I really have no place to put them and they are expensive and you have to take care of them, they get dusty and dirty from dust, you know, so I think 5 is plenty enough for something which is not a hobby for me. When I get time I will try to take one apart. But I hope I will maybe live near someone who does stringing so I can appeal for help if needed.

Have you looked into youtube videos? There are tons of tutorials and FYI/DIYs. That's how I've learned quite a few things about crochet and knitting.

When I first started this reply, I was watching my munchkins chase each other around the living room (Little Miss is in her walker). I got a phone call from le hubs, so I started dinner. Now, I'm sitting here on the sofa with Hubs while the kids entertain themselves and I lurk around Tris and Facebook simultaneously, lol. X)

Ah the family life, so sweet, lol. We have family life which involves our 2 Bengals jumping around after toys. Your sloth is great, I love those colors. I need to make me a new avi but I tend not to put on the ones for the contest, perhaps I will. My shift work thus, I get online at 8am to start working and I get cases in all day long and then finally at night around 9 it slows down to one or 2 cases. The thing is, a case can go all night if the procedure is complex. So let's say the case gets done around 3am for example, then I would start work again in 7 hours. Unless I got bothered by someone at 7am or something, ugh.

I love seeing animals play together, it always gets me laughing.

I was trying to figure out a long hair combo to add, but I'm just not liking her with long hair... So I'm moving on to Pride, definitely. I have LOTS of violet items, lol.

And that's an interesting way to work. I'm used to set shifts, specifically 9p-7a or 5p-2a, when I was working. Do you enjoy it?

I have around 4 "calls" a month where I do the 24 hour shift and I don't like that part. The other days are 9 hour shifts so those I do not mind.

I am going to start working on .....Sloth I think.

Yours are really good Kilala, jeez! Mine are getting more simple as time goes on though. But I tried to make mine symbolic and it took too much time. Like Anger has the inciting Arrow in front of him and Pride is on the precipice of a fall with the angel's feathers around her. Lust is sort of obvious.

Anyhow, I think that is it for me. I just do not feel inspired to go on.
