OOC:
Do you just mean the name in general?
Cause this is the only website I have the name registered to me. xD I know another user though has Ciel Phantomhive registered to them on Roliana and Menewsha.

Fish 07-21-2011 02:10 AM

>_> ~pokes Ciel~ Sora?
Er nevermind then >_>

O.o' Jeez, I hate those 3 hour time diffs. Everyone always seems to be on the east coast that I talk to!

Ciel Phantomhive 07-21-2011 02:10 AM

OOC:
Yes, Fish. I am Sora's mule. :P

Fey 07-21-2011 02:11 AM

I know you're kidding, if I had extra I'd give them out :) I'm usually nice(ish) like that.
it's midnight here...I should probably go soon....
and late is relative, 2am is early if you work starting at 3! I should know, I worked 3am-1pm for eight years.
And hello Ciel, I see you've wandered in here as well :)

Horror Babe 07-21-2011 02:11 AM

Ciel.
Oh.
Not you then.
But still.
Same thing.
XD
...
Fish.
Yeah.
I think im going to bed.
Night

Fish 07-21-2011 02:12 AM

Haha, I was right! ~pounces on Sora~ Wanna see my new artsies? I think you'll like it.

And ew that's a horrible shift ._.' and a long one, damn. Were you a manager or something?

Awe, night night titanic. (Almost shorted than to Tit then realized how bad that was ~snort~)

Fey 07-21-2011 02:13 AM

yes, and yes. though at that particular job I worked just about all the shifts you could. I'd done overnights and third shifts, and split shifts and 15hour shifts...really...I was an idiot. Cause I worked so hard I worked myself right out of the job.

Fish 07-21-2011 02:16 AM

how could you work hard enough to work out of the job? o.o'

The only good thing I can say about the woman: she gets the schedule done early. It's already out for next week, and I'm not used to it being done before Friday and finalized saturday. =/ so I can say that. And all my shifts are short, but I have a few more days, which I like for sure.

Fish 07-21-2011 02:17 AM

Shit I'm torn. I really wanna watch the Taiwan version of Hana Kimi (and then the Japanese again at some point cause I am in love with Oguri Shun thank you very much) but I also started another show that I'm in the middle of that I wanna watch too ;-;

Ciel Phantomhive 07-21-2011 02:23 AM

@Fey:
Mm, I decided to come on out and check out this Masquerade that I heard about.

OOC:
@Fish: Sure! Let me see. O:

Fish 07-21-2011 02:24 AM

here
Whatcha think? ^_~

Rawr, 50 pearls. I'm happy! ~post frenzy apparently~

Fey 07-21-2011 02:26 AM

:: sigh::
okay, how one works themself out of a job.
I used to work so hard I did about three peoples worth of work in a shift. the crew I worked with would keep pace with me, but not overtake me, after all I was doing a shit ton more. they later changed what I was allowed to do on a shift, so the crew would have to miraculously do all the work I had been doing. this obviously wasn't going to happen. so they saw that we were falling behind, not because my 'allowed' duties had changed but because I wasn't doing a 'good' job. So, in the end I got written up and fired because we weren't doing as well as we had been in the past.

Ironically, the new duties I was suppsoed to do were my immediate manager's job. So, I was doing his job, no one was doing 'my' job and so I got fired for 'my' job not getting done while I was doing his.

Fish 07-21-2011 02:29 AM

... what the fuck? ugh x.x' That's completely ridiculous... And makes no sense. I don't get how managers can be like that sometimes, and how companies work. It makes no sense to me...

And Dude, I was so happy with our assistant manager today. I actually was given shit to do. Unfortunately, being positioned in the copy center, -_- If someone needed help I had to drop what I was doing and run up there, even when another girl was up there and perfectly capable of doing those ridiculously simple jobs.

Anyway... are there any places that A) you would suggest absolutely NOT working and B) Places that you hear are good/okay? I know it depends on the manager, but company policy also plays a lot with it...

Espy 07-21-2011 02:31 AM

Pfffft. Let's just say I was...bored in class >.> Yeah, I messed up on the skirting thing.

Fish 07-21-2011 02:34 AM

Awe, thank you Espy! ~tackle hugs~ It looks really great <3 Although his toes actually aren't clawed >_> But I still luff iiit <3

I rarely get free art, nonetheless randomly O.O Such a surpriiise

Fey 07-21-2011 02:36 AM

oooooooo, pretty espy

Uhm, lesse...since you're already doing the job, NOT Best Buy, they're just a generation removed from what you're already doing.
PetSmart is the place I got canned from, I like th company, but I hate the management style(at least at the last store).

Really, most retail jobs are going to be similar, so talk to the employees at places you think you might like to work. Tell them you're just wanting to get a feel for things and usually if you're nice enough they'll be as honest as they can be.
