That's part of it. I had to cost out 20 full recipes for my end of the quarter project OH! I took print screen -gets- http://i93.photobucket.com/albums/l5...7at65848PM.png Pain in the ass! I had to get the prices myself, and break them down to price per ounce. Then there's all the payroll crap we gotta learn, opening and closing inventory, etc etc. Anything you need money for in the restaurant business we learned how to do. -ramble- >> << I'm having a hard time memorizing all the equations. There's probably 100 all together.
