"...If you sleep, you mind if I move you?" Mail asked.

"I don't mind," Near informed as he curled up in his seat. "I doubt I will sleep. The strongest sleeping pills only relax me... I rarely sleep."

"...If you're relaxed can I move you?" Mail asked. "Or should I avoid touching you at all?"

"I dislike being touched without being asked first," Near informed. "Since Mail asked, it is alright."

"I'd like to sit with you." Mail admitted.

"Mail is welcome to," Near informed. "But I would appreciate it if he would refrain from doing so until after we are in the air and the seatbelt sign is removed."

"You see me wearin' one?" Mail laughed before the plane jostled a little and he rolled out of his chair and onto the floor.

"Mail!" Near snapped.

"Please return to your seat, sir," The flight attendant said as she returned with Mail's drink. "We are going to be taking off soon. Remember that trays need to be up and seats in the upright position, seat-belts on. I will come around when we move to the runway to collect your drinks, so finish them quickly."

"Did we hit something, because the plane moved." Mail frowned.

"We are being pulled out onto the runway now," She informed. "But there are four planes taking off ahead of us, so you have some time."

"Damn, I hate waiting." Mail mumbled as he got back up. "Can't we cut?"

She snorted in amusement, smiling a little. "Sure... let me have the pilot phone the tower and tell them that Mail Jeevas and Nate River-" Near tensed a little. "-Want us to cut."

"You got their number?" Mail asked.

"Enjoy your drink, Mister Jeevas," She laughed as she headed into the second area to brief the rest of the passengers on safety procedures.

"She reminds me of my sister," Near admitted. "Perhaps because her name is Linda."

"I need to get dru- what?" Mail blinked at the ivory-haired boy. "Sister?"

"I have a sister named Linda," Near admitted, his eyes closed - obviously what she had given him was beginning to take effect already. "Well, Linda is not her real name, of course."
