well hyjin, I just don't know what to do about it all..

he swears that he's not the one that used my card in the ATM when he was the one that had the card.
thats the only way it could be used.
I trusted him, which was stupid of me to begin with.
but I did.

and I lost about 3 grand because of it.

Going to the police may not help (since you did give him access), but it still kinda might help and probably needs to be done...
