Or even that the possession did that psychological damage. That could be accurate too.

Alright, I gotta jet. Time to sell some gorram football to these people. Managing scholarships and rosters is freaking awesome! Kicking balls are awesome! Time to bull my way through two hours of entertaining these people.
Feel free to string me along if things pick up while I'm gone. |
Yassah Salone! We will definitely not get you killed or make you do something embarrassing while your gone...oops. Did I just say that?

Sheol. New Idea: What if Michael's parents made him capable of absorbing and manifesting the experiences gained by another person. It would make perfect sense to go after Michael, so that he can continue to act as the reigning Sybyl after Jez'ebel died.
|
Tell me more about his parents. I'll need to think about it. Probably get back to you tomorrow, if it can wait. Clocking out for the night, soon.
|
But what are his parents doing? I still don't get it.
|
Just saw your post, Funk, but this is to everyone, actually:
If you're going to introduce new NPCs or move the action ahead noticeably, please discuss it here beforehand. This is getting kind of chaotic, what with us broken into three groups now. And... not sure how the rest of the group is going to get into the armory now short of an assault. |
Yes, I agree with Suzerain, especially when the others are in the dark about who the NPCs are. Hashing that stuff out is what the OOC thread is for, after all. =P
|
Agreed.
And I'm sure Lev would be suicidal enough to get in to the armory. If given enough reason. EDIT: Oh, I'm home. |
Sorry about that, then. I'm getting too jittery. I'll inform you from now on. Speaking of which the next time you see my character, he'll be bloody and beaten and back at the tavern or wherever you move your group to.
About Michael's parents: They work for Jez'ebel and are powerful psychics. They have their pride and their orders. They, like most of the cult, wish to be within Jez'ebel's favor, if not for grace then for power. They are humans, and are very weak, using their Telekinetic capabilities to replace their lack of muscle. However, they won't use their abilities to evoke insanity. They'll only use that to try to persuade people like they did with Michael or try to hide themselves from plain sight, like with the disappearing cloaks. Their weakness is their physical strength in coalition with their awareness. If they don't see it coming they can't block it telekenetically and one hit is enough to take them down. |
Er....Funk...have you read my post?
|
And if that's the case, then why didn't Michael let Dante fight them? XD
|
*whispers* Hey, Espy, it's more likely to be gruff, humorless military type doing door duty at the armory, then a helpful old man. :p
And... given the way this has played out, I suppose we're still heading to the armory. Serra, it would probably make sense if Feenai sensed what was going on and let Jeanne and Shealtiel know. Dolly, Salone, maybe the two of you can run into these pursuers? Rue ought to be able to counter their powers and let Lev fill 'em with holes. The soldiers are probably mobilizing to deal with this attack, so... the armory might actually get really crowded in short order. |
I was gonna make his sons the actual shopkeepers...? I'll change it then, ahaha.
|
Are we not raiding a military armory? If we've been discussing a shop in the town, I've been under a misapprehension the whole time.
|
Sir, yes sir.
And Espy's a little drunk at the moment, don'tcha know? =P |
