Well, yes, I was going to do that with the Raffle/Lottery. Post a certain number of times before you can buy a ticket for the raffle.
The Lottery might... be free... maybe. So that would be for smaller items. Commons, Au, Event items, and maybe RIGs. |

The items will range from DIs, EIs, Yearlies, and Commons. If there is an item you would like me to try to get to raffle off let me know. I'll do my best to get it. You MUST be at least Semi Active to buy tickets. That means you must have posted at the very least XXX times in the charity. How To Buy Tickets: How It works: Okay, I know some people don't understand what a raffle is so just click the spoiler below for more information. Current Raffle : XXXXXXXXX 500au per ticket please; There are XX Slots; Ticket Limit: XX per person More Slots may be added if it becomes really popular~ Slots: All of the "XXX" will be filled in with a number or the current raffle or whatever... but other then that would that make sense? |
That is always a great way to do them, it allows for the Charity to make a little AU, and it makes posting necessary, but I would almost say got from either a certain date or a certain page number and you have to post so many times from then...that way EVERYONE has to post to participate in EACH raffle...

it wouldn't be that many posts, 5 or 10, and you GET AU per post... and depending on the item it wouldn't be much for the tickets.
I try to keep the prices per ticket between 500 - 1,500 per ticket |

I like the idea, and having it be 5-10 or maybe 15 in an event thread (when it starts) wouldn't be too much to ask even from lurkers... |
