My mom is lactose intolerant, so much that there's some cheese she can't even eat because it still has traces in it.

Sometimes I cheat a bit because I do not have that many symptoms from being gluten sensitive. However, I try to be good since gluten seems to make my liver function test levels high in blood tests.

You should be careful, the more you aggravate your allergies, the worse they get.

The funny thing is that I only found out about it about two years ago.

Still... I don't want you to die Angel, so be careful.

Allergies can always lead to something really bad. Might be best to not push it too much.
