If the whole expression is base 13, then no; 20_13 = 26_10, and 2_13 * 7_13 = 11_13 = 14_10, but 26 - 14 = 12, not 6.
But since 6 is a one-digit number, it has the same value in any base that can express it (that is, base 7 or higher), so if the expression is in base 10 but the answer is in base 13, then yes, you're right.
