You lucky bastards. A haircut in my country is an average 22 euro which is 29 USD.

I go to a cheap place, no point in me paying $50 for a haircut at a fancy place, when I can get the same for a fifth of that price at a local shop.

22 is basically the cheapest you can get unless you seriously get in the awful places of those big towns loaded with foreigners and all. We don't even have such spots in my town unless I specially travel to one of these cities xD
