Good luck Ari, I hope your presentation went well.

Lucid I did study some Hindi but that is about all I did on my goal list. I am not good with goal lists, idk I kind of have to just do things as I get motivated. I'm essentially a lazy person by nature. What about you? Always on the go?

Hello there Ginger! That is not bad, you must have a good grasp of what poses are where. I always forget what item has which pose.

Arikana 03-07-2013 12:11 AM

It didn't go cause the damn Mac to PC projector adaptor failed to work because the spot it should've been plugged into was unavailable, so I had to try improvising which didn't work. D:

Doing the pres next week now.....

Lucid: 03-07-2013 01:11 AM

Macs are useless. :P

I'm totally lazy most of the time. My husband had an interview today so he needed the car and I didn't go grocery shopping. I didn't feel like going even after he got back.

Arikana 03-07-2013 01:18 AM

*gets the samurai ghost behind me to stab Lucid* >_> Don't ya dare say that. Macs are awesome. #nuffsaid <3

B-b-but you need to go grocery shopping, Lucid. Food is important. :3

Lucid: 03-07-2013 01:26 AM

We still have food, we just don't have anything snackable, we don't have milk, and we don't have cereal. We have 1 yogurt left and we're out of bread. Basically we don't have breakfast food, but lunch and dinner are A-OK for at least a few more days.

Arikana 03-07-2013 01:43 AM

o3o *shoves Lucid to go grocery shopping now*

Damnit, woman, you need food! Or yer gon go all skin 'n' bones on me. D:

Lucid: 03-07-2013 01:53 AM

it's 11 pm! it's get ready for bed time! D:

Arikana 03-07-2013 02:43 AM

Fine. Then first thing tomorrow morning after you wake up, wash up, and get dressed is go grocery shopping! c:< ....Or else? >_>

Also, Lucid be in MST? :o

Umaeril 03-07-2013 12:42 PM

Wow, Lucid is quite like me, I could have typed the above. Except I dislike grocery shopping so much that my husband does that chore. Instead I clean the kitchen, usually. But I do not like doing chores. I am a do what I want to do kinda girl. And that means being mostly lazy. Except when I get my momentary passions (BJDs, photography, etc). I put out a lot of energy for those things. But it is intermittent.

Ari are you not lazy at all? XD

Lucid: 03-07-2013 02:36 PM

Sorry Ari. :P Wake up at 7, go to work at 8, get home at 2:45, and EAT. And then probably do laundry. Clean undies is more important than getting more food at the moment. Seriously, we have plenty of long-lasting foods like potatoes, rice, and noodles. We also have a bag and a half of frozen veggies and a bag of hash browns. We're not starving, I promise. We're just out of perishables like milk. And you really don't NEED milk to make a meal.

I don't hate grocery shopping, but sometimes it's a pain because it just takes so dang long! My husband really hates it though so I do the shopping. In fact I do most of the house chores, but he's really good about doing dishes. Aside from the general "whoever cooks the food doesn't have to do the dishes" courtesy, we don't have a dishwasher and scrubbing dishes for too long can irritate my skin.

Umaeril 03-07-2013 03:19 PM

I have to wear gloves to do the dishes, though we do have a dishwasher. But I wash stuff by hand like the cat dishes. I have "dyshidrosis", is that what you have? My fingers and fingertips get irritated and get small blisters too. I have to lightly use a steroid cream on them. So I avoid getting my hands wet and wear gloves a lot.

My goals for today are an hour of Hindi study which I think I will do now. One hour of sewing. 1/2 hour of exercise. And then maybe tidy up on the 2nd floor which has the bedrooms. But not sure I will get to that.

Lucid: 03-07-2013 03:45 PM

I have eczema, and my wrists are one of my trouble spots. They get all red and rashy. I never really liked gloves because they tend to get moist on the inside which is even worse than no gloves at all.

Even if I did have a dishwasher, I still insist on cleaning all pots/pans/large dishes by hand, especially if I use them a lot. Can't have a pan sitting in the dishwasher if I need to use it again! Only the plates/bowls/utensils end up in the dishwasher if I have anything to say about it.

Oh, I can be lazy, trust me. Though, I do feel like it's not so much as being lazy as my being very distracted. And I can get REALLY distracted; my easily distracted-ness is oft more heightened thanks to my learning disabilities. :| But I love my learning disabilities, well one of them anyways, so I won't be mean to them. XD

........................Fine. But go grocery shopping soon, woman! >.>

Lol. Since when do men like shopping unless it's for something they really love or want? XD

Ginger 03-07-2013 04:27 PM

Uma - I'm always forgetting too haha but I usually refresh my memory by persistently going through poses. I'm in love with all of the items here. Something can always go great with something else. There is not an item that doesn't match anything else.

Lucid: 03-07-2013 09:32 PM

Men usually love/want food. :U
Even if my husband wanted to go grocery shopping, I would still have to go with him because I don't think I can trust him to only buy what's on the list, and not tons of snacks. xD

Arikana 03-07-2013 10:35 PM

Eh, not necessarily. Depending on what's needing to be bought and what their preferences are.

Lol. It's not a bad way to spend even more time together. ;)
