My laptop started sounding like that after I got it 'fixed' once... I took it to my cousin who makes computers and he found out that the shop I'd taken it to had replaced the old hard drive with one that was about 5 years past the warranty expiration date.

Monies are expensive...lol.

But yeah, I'm only gonna be able to get a Kindle Fire because of the settlement...

I could use an e-book reader. There are some manga that are in digital-format only now.

i want a kindle... so that i dont have to carry books with me anymore...

Paper media is love, though. Plus, can you make notes in an e-book?

Yeah, that's one of the perks.

That and with the Kindle Fire, you can load PDFs so I wouldn't have to print my readings off. Although I could also just get on blackboard on it as well.

I think you can in a Kindle, and if they no longer apply you can erase them.

but i likes the books i read... all of them are fiction books... one series are about mice and other animals, another is about magicians, and i have city of bones that i need to read soon...
