I get really picky about pie crusts, though. most flaky crust just isn't made deliciously. I LOVE graham cracker crust with a passion, though.

it depends on the type of baked good, for my mom. most fruity pies get flaky crust, chocolatey/creamy pies get graham cracker crust.

Raspberry, chocolate, dulce de leche, regular... currently there's a pumpkin cheesecake in our fridge for Christmas.

any pie/cheesecake/fridge tart i make automatically gets a crumb crust (i think that's what you guys call a graham cracker crust), just because i'm too damn lazy to work with flaky pastry xD
