Yes, it is good because I don't want to shop at the vitamin store I used to work at since they fired me for being off work to let a broken big toe heal. The other vitamin store in the mall - the one I shop at now - did not have all that I wanted in it. There is a third vitamin store chain, but it is at a mall that is at least an hour's drive away (when traffic is good). That is why another choice that is not that far away is good.
