I've never had to do Jury duty XD

I had to post pone it because of school. -_- I won't know what's going on until the night before.

You could just tell them you are unable to do it o .o

You have to serve at some point. So I just pushed it back so that I can finish semester.

I know some people who only get asked once and they just told them they were unable to do it do to work or family trouble.

They won't accept that kind of excuse. At all.

It happens in CA all the time o .o

My sister said she couldn't do it because of work and they just found someone else -shrugs-

Even if I couldn't do Jury Duty, I still had to go in for the selection process. It's kind of required by law ^^;;

There usually is nobody else.

Well the selection process yeah you have to go to but if you tell them you are unable to do it for a legitimate reason then you don't have to be on the jury mhmm
