I'd say I'm pretty neutral on being quoted in a signature, tbph. but sometimes, someone just says something that needs to be preserved for posterity's sake.

i mean, you say that but most of what gets quoted around here is silly rubbish that probably should be forgotten as soon as possible

it's the equivalent of framing them up on my wall: if i quoted you in my signature it means i want to read what you said over and over again, at random times whenever my eyes happen to fall on the quote :p-grin:
