sometimes I forget, too, when I'm talking to a bunch of staff people in a regular thread. or on skype. but usually it's just staff on skype anyway.

yeah. it does take a bit. it was overwhelming for me at first too, and I kept accidentally editing other peoples' posts instead of quoting them. XD
