First off, no need to be afraid to actually ask me about my avatar. And yeah they are rather expensive. They are also kind of hard to find, but I think mrdoughnutnom is selling some.
And don't be afraid to set up even just a buying thread (it's in the less scary section of the merchant thread), I've been able to find quite a few sellers that way. |

Buying threads work very well, as do quest threads. Just put it out there or search a lot.....

Yeah, and pretty much everyone is friendly here, so really no big need to be afraid. But if you are, that's what this thread is for lols.
But yes, a buying thread works wonders as does a quest thread. Both allow others to know what to donate if they so wish, and they are both really good ways to keep track of items that you want. |

Oh, yes, people are extremely nice here *nod* and when I post, I usually get a kind response - but having my own thread is a bit daunting for me right now *bites lower lip*
I think I should start a Quest Thread before attempting to start a buying thread considering I need to earn aur and I'm waiting until I get paid so that I can buy more runes. I made the mistake of buying a Yearly Item right off the bat... that was a pretty stupid move considering I only bought it to use the little red wings or the eyes- both of which I found found better items for those purposes. :/ Oh, I do have many, many Rubies/Treasures/Rubies with Treasures that I am willing to trade for aur or items- but I don't know if a price has been placed on the Event Currencies as of yet. I saw someone, I think in NomNomie's thread, say that just Rubies are going for 100aur each, but I don't know if that is a universally agreed upon price or not. Do you guys know how much the three Event Currencies are worth? I did make an offer in Toriki's thread, but haven't gotten any response yet. |
