national capitals. Pretoria is the administrative capital (where all the international/diplomatic stuff happens), Cape Town is the legislative capital (where parliament is), and Bloemfontein is the judicial capital (where the highest of the courts is).

i don't know if our provinces even have capitals. o.o;;
