My manager is very ocd. I am not sure how she managed to find two carts of put backs just by walking around the store. The oddest thing is in the isles that she had already been over. I found stuff out of place.

maybe someone left a cart of stuff? i have had that happen before

Oh man today was crazy
We had like an hour long meeting and it almost got super intense because we almost had a fight break out.

But yea something good did happen as well
a co worker who works behind me spoke up when the district manager was talking about how sometimes its hard to cross train and train new people because it slows down the process and one weak link slows everything down (because we were talking about cross training people because apparently everyone thinks their jobs are the hardest?)
And like my coworker was like
yea training new people is hard sometimes. But sometimes they are lazy.
And then she started looking for me and was like "but you should see this new girl go!! She moves so fast " and stuff (": and it made me feel so good that apparently im doing a great job.
And like at lunch another coworker was like "yea if she didn't say that I woad going to!"
Im so happy. I was worried I wasn't doing a good job.
And apparently I am ^_^

I literally love my job though. I love my co workers. I love my managers.
The work is hard but so is every job.
I just wish I could take sitting breaks while I sort x'D I would cry happy tears
My feet end up hurting wayyy too much by the end of the day.

you could always do what I do while I am standing at the register since I have to stand for hours at a time. Try stretching. Like every so often I will do a squat or two to help my legs, or a few other stretches that look inconspicuous.

Its mainly my feet really. Idk what to do for them
But I got some soft inserts that make the pain less at the end of the day.
It still hurts but not as much.

Also. -.- guess what just happened.
I got him at around 4ish
and my dad just started yelling at me for not doing any housework.
Like I almost started crying
because IM BUSTING MY BUTT AT WORK.
I stand all day long. I run around constantly. I work fast and diligent. To the point where a lot of my co workers have complimented me. I smile all day long and fully enjoy it because im so grateful for a job. Everyone says im very sweet and polite. And I have manners.
And I come home hoping to rest. To get off my feet for a few hours then head to bed so I can get ip at 4:30/5ish to get ready for work.

But no. I get told. Hey go do this dishes because literally no one will do them.
Literally no one will clean. Or do anything.
God im so much happier at work than I am at home.
Why cant mom do it?? Why cant they teach my little brother to do it???
Ive been doing housework since I was in middle school and elementary school.

ok I *know* if I lived on my own I would have to do my own stuff. But do you honestly think I would have so much to do? I would clean up right after myself.
Bsbdudiri im so mad and upset.

And its not like I would be able to keep all the money I make for myself.
Ill be buying groceries for everyone and everything. //sigh

On a good note.

I've been tired when I get home from work, too, since I work at a cookie factory and am on my feet all the time. I ended up too tired to grocery shop today since I was out helping my Mom exchange some clothes.
