I've got accounts on GaiaOnline (more or less abandoned), Neopets(abandoned), Kingdom of Knuffel(rarely on there), UniCreatures(rarely on there), UniFaction and Aywas... My name is the the same everywhere except KofK where I am known as Alith Anar ^_^ Please feel free to add me as a friend on any of those sites ^_^ I'm also on Kinsaki and Zantarni but both are pretty much dead now... :(

If it doesn't gender properly, though, let me know - I'll try again. |
you can gift eggs and hatchies. you can only trade hatchies and adults.
also i saw somewhere since there's all these new critters out that (temporarily) you can have 6 eggs as opposed to 4. but i don't think you can trade them though. |
Temp new eggs.. I should try to find some. I never do have good luck getting 'event' eggs xp
|
I never do well at events so I usually don't even try. The last Uni egg event, I didn't get any eggs until they decided to really open up the number given out.

You are looking a little blue there Tam.
*throws Tam on a fire to warm her up a bit* |
my extent of special eggs is i get them on magistream; it takes a few days for me to get them on unicreatures; and dragoncave i totally miss and then some wonderful person is able to teleport them for me. (except halloween. i get those eggs with no problem.)

Did you say "Storybrook"? ;)

Tam...why are you in a fire? xD

Why do I lose a token for the Crane game even if I don't actually play (when I leave the page?) *trying to hoard coins but I keep losing them every time I visit/leave the page. XD
|
You get 3 tokens to use per day, any left over at midnight server time are wiped and replaced. Also be careful not to put the token in the game if you aren't playing for an item as when the item switch happens it'll eat your token too...
|
I found that second part out the hard way Awen. Went back and, "where did my tokens go?"
|
Thanks, Awen! Good to know. :)

Hey, I'm now nostalgic.
I wonder what about? Hey kids, did I tell you about the time when I was a kid? We didn't have a TV so we spent hours just staring at the wall. You don't know how good you got it. |
No problem ^_^ I like to help where and when I can ^_^
I spend hours staring at all sorts... Walls included... But I'm just weird... ^_^;; |
counting ceiling tiles is fun!
i like the picture of a woman using a card catalog, and it's titled "Prehistoric Googling" ;) |
I have a habit of sitting on the ground and staring at the wall...but I guess depression does that ^^;
|
:(
oh, i also read. and crochet. sometimes kinda at the same time... |
I wish I had more time to read.
Watched a movie called, I think, About Time, where the men in the family could move backwards through time to earlier memories, and change things if they like. The dad used his power to go back and read. He would live his day and part of his day was to read for an hour or two. And he would keep reliving that hour since he would remember what he did. |
that sounds really cool, Yeladim. i love time travel too. makes my brain leak out my ears, but i love it. last year's NaNo and this year's NaNo have to do with time travel.

I stare at walls, but the floor's better. It's easier to make pictures out of the lino pattern than out of the white paint. :p-nod: But I often have my kobo open beside me as I work on the computer, so I can read while things load. And I think this is the first time in awhile that I've had less than three books on the reading roster at once. And last night and the night before I stayed up too late watching 'Agents of SHIELD' on disk. |
i love my books. while i have a tablet, it's not for reading. that's what my books are for. =)
(and i really have tried reading things on my tablet or on the computer. i like printed out copies much better.) |
I find that using my Kobo is easier than a book because it takes less space, and I don't have to hold it open. Reading on the computer can bug my eyes, but the Kobo never has. Also, I can get free books with no funny smells or squished bugs with the Kobo. And I've run out of room for keeping paper books, pretty much.
|
i've found i only buy books for series that i really enjoy (Vampire Diaries, Dune, A Song of Ice & Fire, the Kinsey Millhone series) - the rest i get from my library. i love my library too. =)
|
All my books are ones I have or will read several times. lol But I've avoided libraries since that four year battle with bedbugs that I had.

In that case, I'm not in such a rush to get a card for the local library... |
@Tam: eek!
@SolarCat: LOVE that skirt!! |

Ugh, don't even...I fought with bedbugs a couple semesters back; that was horrible.
|
I've been thinking of investing in some type of e-reader just because I'm tired of having to get rid of books every time I move. And also because I have no more shelves for books but I don't own nearly enough of them.
