Espy turned, scowled at Cronis, then strode into the Pub. She just wanted a place to sit and relax; it had been a long day.
*Cronis joined Espy and knocked on the bar for a rum and ale* I'd like to do some business with you." He said, looking at the fox out of the corner of his eye- Same amount and supplies. Double the pay of the last time."
Espy glared coldly back. "I could smell alchemy in the air when one of our food supply fields was burned. I wonder who may have set fire to it."
*Cronis smiled, and downed his shot* Now; lets not point fingers. Afterall, someone might hear. *Cronis slid 300 aurum to espy* as a sign of good will..."
Espy was, in fact, in need of gold. She slid the requested items towards Cronis.
*cronis looked them over and nodded, then glanced over his shoulder* I want you to do me a favor. We need to find Fenrir, I'll chip in extra if you can help us get the divine harlet alone with us."
"I cannot guarantee that. Plus, I have an obligation towards her. That gold will have to be withheld until I can bring myself around to somehow do it."
~<Wow, too much had gone on while I was away!>~
*Cronis again entered the pub, more jovial now than ever before. Not only did he order a round for his Comrads, but a round for the Divine aswell.*
REJOICE! The time is at hand as the God Chaos marches on Trisphee! Soon the corrupt shall be victorious in this war against the heathens; soon the Corrupt shall take ground and the realm of Trisphee shall belong to General Zephyr. Victory is at hand, my friends. Glorious, chaotic, victory. |
Hearing what was said, Gabe quickly turned around and kicked him in the forehead.
"Nuh-huh-huh! This is neutral territory, so no conquest!!" |
*simply rubs his head and shrugs* That may be, but the time is at hand."
"Are you sure about that?"
Michael propped his chin on the table he had been snoozing at, blinking one bleary eye around before spotting the source of his recent...awakening. It took a couple minutes concentrating to figure out slightly what -must- have happened, but he figured he had an inkling.
"Y'two fightin'? 'Cause I don' think Rem'd care fer that much." |
Shen stepped into the inn, looking about as she closed the door gently behind her. "Hello," she said in general to the room.
Michael gave a silent wave in greeting from his seat, before finally righting himself in his chair with a long yawn- slouching backward afterward to start picking at his uneaten food.
She nodded towards him before stepping over to a table in the corner and seating herself. Shen was hungry and thirsty. She needed some food before long and whatever the inn offered would help her very much in that respect.
With one flick, she made her way to a table and sat down. It was no surprise that she didn't say anything else. She knew that her words would just fall on deaf ears, anyway. It was something she was used to

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...t-single-1.jpg Smiling with satisfaction at a job well done, Rem wiped his hands on his apron- the inn finally spotless from top to bottom. Ooh he knew it wouldn't be long before something was dirty again- but getting down to the floor was always helpful; he could just wipe up the next mess instead of having to scrub to his elbows! Tromping down the stairs with a grin on his face, he glanced around the main room- well, not so many patrons today, but he knew things would be slow at times. "Welcome t' the Two Sisters- Oi'm Rem, an if there's anyfing Oi kin get fer yeh, don' be shy 'bout askin' fer it." He tipped his head at the newest arrival, eyeing the two across the room. Not a problem...yet. "If yeh'd loik sommat t' eat an drink, Oi got everyfing from mead t' milk, an Oi fink meh beef stew ought'a be about finished." He smiled, warm and wide as he headed behind the bar, glancing across the room at the stray cat in the corner with a roll of his eyes. "Oy there! Oi told'ja, don' be sleepin' on me tables- yeh got a perfec'ly good room upstairs." |
Sighing, she decided to try something new. Gabe snapped her fingers and an exact copy of herself appear next to her which sat on her lap and started snuggling
She made her way into the place and found herself a seat near the fire place. She had been spending much time working on the battle field, and was in need of a rest, or at the very least a warm meal.
