I like both soy and almond milk I just prefer almond as a stand alone and soy as an addition to things. However I do enjoy plain cereal with almond milk.

I just hate milk. I only drink milk because I have a birth defect that causes me to constantly have acid reflux... And Almond Milk prevents that. Soy Milk does not. |

Acid reflux kills. D8
I have heartburn symptoms once a week or so and I can't really figure out why. Potentially could be acid reflux but I've never bothered to see a doctor about it. |
