so what happened at work yesterday? you never answered.... :S (post #11228)

Well I was told to erase the calendar for room 3, accidentally erased room 2 first. not so much a big deal. well someone had used red dry erase and it was smearing everywhere, no dry erase, wet erase, lysol, glass cleaner nothing. So I talked to my other coworker and she said you had to use magic eraser, and actually the red wasnt supposed to be used on the calendars and she forgot to mention that. At that point my mind switched gears from rewrite 2 and finish 3 to erase all red marks from all 4 calelndars.
Well it turns out by erasing the month of june's nutrient schedule, I made it so he has no way of knowing how old each room is for plants. Even though we keep track of them in the computer systems..... But mainly he isn't sure which week of nutrients is next.
So he yelled at me and I got sent home at 2:30
then he called at 6:30 when I was out eating dinner, thankfully at the end... and yelled at me over the phone because he had already forgotten I told him I had erased ALL 4 calendars of the month of june..... then texted me how he can't believe this happened and it is unbelievable. Just unbelievable.
At this point my anxiety is threw the roof and I can barely keep dinner down so I had to have Lee drive us home T.T
half hour till I go back into work....

ten minutes until I need to head over there.....
My coworker said they have had issues before where she screwed an entire room up and in the past year he's only gotten mad at her like that 6 times. One time she left in tears but you know .-.
apparently the next day or so he always ends up apologizing to her
I mean I can only hope
and it is my first mistake since starting with him in late march
but it is KINDA a big small one? D: Idk if its my anxiety that is making me over think this but it really isn't helping D:

So when I came in we had a sit down meeting the three of us, and he stated it was a big mistake but it was still a mistake and he hung up to avoid saying anything that would be irreparable. He said he hired me because he felt I was smart and capable and a thing like a mistake wont change his view on that. He stated when he gets mad he isnt so much mad at us vs mad at what we did or what happened. And he did state he needs to work on it, but both me and my other coworker also need thicker skin XD
He apologized quite a few times but I cant help but still be a bit weary and nervous.

Side note, "weary" means tired (and is pronounced with a long e), "wary" means cautious (and is pronounced like "beware").
